Need to work on the tv connections. Not very clear. Have stayed in several sites over the years and never had good cable

Check in was quick and site guide was friendly. Our RV site was very spacious and clean. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. The campground overall was pretty small and close to a busy road. Rental bikes looked rough so we decided against that. Not a good campground for teenagers. Seems to be more catered to longterm residents and younger children.

Paided extra for a site with a patio, the table and chairs were very dirty and paint peeling. Didn’t use any of the outside furniture. The site next to us had a pile of junk wood. Looked awful! Women’s bathroom were not working , were told to use the mens and have someone stand outside.

This is a lovely campground, conveniently located with wonderful staff. Love the food from the on site restaurant which they will deliver to your site at no charge. The only drawback was the traffic noise from Lickdale road, something the campground has no control over. Next time we would choose a site farther from this road.

First spot we couldn’t even fit in, even unhooked, as we agreed to. Asked to move, gave us two options, in the same row, with all of the work campers. Small sites. Rest of campground looked nice, just not where we were put. Splash pad never worked. Asked office, was told she didn’t know and would send someone out when she had time. No one ever came. Lots of road noise. Ice cream store was good

The park is beautiful and located right along a river for those who like to fish. It has many amenities and the people are fantastic. The only issues I have is that like most KOA parks, their air pumps are not suitable for Class-A motorhomes and we can't check our tire pressure. Also the showers were a bit outdated and in need of repair as the controls were worn out.

Easy on and off freeway, easy check in with an escort to site! Nice deli menu, with delivery to the site! Great after a day of traveling.

We were only able to stay one night traveling back to New York from Tennessee,but we will definitely be back to stay longer. Staff was excellent!! Our pull thru was great!!

I was there 2 years ago and the roads were full of small holes. 2 years later the holes haven't been filled. There should be signs directing guests to the exit. It is a big park and the roads can be confusing. The utilities worked well and it was very quiet.

The staff are very friendly and it’s a great site and location for our travels The only suggested change I would recommend is screw in sewer hookups.

Love love staying at Jonestown Hersey KOA very convenient to 81. Sites large easy in easy out. Only complaint would be potholes in roads need to be fixed along with roads and sites should have fresh stone/gravel placed. That being said we are planning our stay for the fall. already

Except for the massive amount of flies everywhere, it was a fine stay. Could not sit out side comfortably. TV reception for cable and over the air were terrible.

Our stay was great! Although we had yo fill our propane on out camper, paid for 2 tanks to be filled and only actually needed 1 to be fully filled and the 2nd one just needed very little, but no refund at all. I over paid, and no refund! Would like a refund for the 2nd tank.

Our site was a great pull thru with lots of room in between neighboring sites. Staff were often driving around checking on things. There are many areas to walk with the dog. Mini golf is cute & the area containing jump & splash pad is a pleasant place to hang out. Porch by the office is great place to have ice cream. Wish the pavilion was used more, especially for bingo. We always love coming here because of the location, the kids activities, and theres a lot to do at the campground! The only reason I didn’t give a 10/10 and 5/5 star rating is due to the lack of maintenance this stay. There’s a wasps nest and birds nest in the playset on the playground. The grass wasn’t taken care of so a few of us were stung by bees on our ankles. Overall we still enjoy it

I like the fact that someone escorted me to out campsite and helped me get lined up with the utilities. Other campgrounds just give you a map and a smile. One think I did not like was the traffic noise. The serenity of camping beside the river was constantly interrupted by loud motorcycles, semi's and an occasional tractor. It is what it is.

We stayed Memorial Day weekend. The site was level and clean. The activities were great for the grandkids. The food from the store was good and delivered quickly. The ice cream was awesome!

Great overnight stay! Easy in and out, friendly staff with curbside check in and escort to your site. Pull thru site we had was narrow but very long-perfect for our 5th wheel and truck. Onsite restaurant, activities for kids. We were just passing through but will certainly be back.

Loved the campground. Quiet. Lots of hiking trails. Camp store well stocked. Food at deli was great. Ice cream was great too. We will definitely be back.

This is a very quiet place. They offer propane, ice cream and a little restaurant/store that will deliver food to your site! The miniature golf course is a little disappointing but that creamy ice cream is second to none 🍦The staff is extremely friendly and super helpful! They even grabbed our bag of trash while we were packing up ☺️
