Bathroom was clean, store was nice, personnel was friendly, sites were unlevel, having trouble with the water and It had to be turned off, and the pool was being renovated.

The only problem was in the evening the electric kept turning off. The rest of the time it was ok. They did issue a credit for the issue.

Stay was good, but site water hook up was so close to the ground. I had to get on my knees to hook it up. Hard on 70 year old knees…

Nice clean and friendly staff. Only stayed one night but would recommend if you’re going to stay longer.

Stay was quiet and had no problems, but there were things that told me this place was on a downhill slide. Store and office only open a few hours a day, multiple “passive aggressive “ notes posted about. Just didn’t seem like a friendly place.

I just got home from a month plus vacation to the east coast and back. We stopped at this KOA, the night prior to getting home 1), $69+ for just water and electric, $80+ for full hookups. 2) sites are not flat. 3) poorly kept facilities. 4) Pool area under construction so not available, picnic tables broken. This is a $45 per night at best for a 3 star rating. (This is not a destination area.)

Very uncomfortable mattress/pillows. Looked like the room was thrown together in haste. No lights in kitchen and the bathroom was dirty. And it's not a cabin, it's a tiny home so the whole thing shakes every time someone walks around.

2 issues: 1-Bathroom code was not written on my late check-in paperwork and I had to get the code from another - same is true for another late check-in guest and I shared the code with them 2-one of the stalls in men’s bathroom was completely out of TP (both large rolls) - this seems very basic that this situation would be detected&resolved earlier by staff who cleans bathroom

The stay was quiet and met our needs. However, we didn’t have water for several hours after we arrived since they were working on the lines without being compensated or apologies for the inconvenience. The site doesn’t appear to be very well taken care of. Our site needs cleaned up. It had debris scattered about. Otherwise not a bad place ti stay.

Have stayed before and were happy. This time the (advertised) cable tv no longer existed and propane was not available. Two things we wanted/needed in an overnite stay nonexistent. No reduction in price tho�Ϝ�Ϝ

Was there for one night. Check in was quick and easy, bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

At check in employees were rude and not at all welcoming. Our picnic table was broken and no escort to site despite golf carts parked near check in area.

They were very helpful and provided us with the accomodations we requested including drive through full hookups and RV storage for 3 week.

We checked in late They had envelopes with different sites, services, prices, etc That was great! However, no bathroom code so we couldn't use the showers or bathrooms, not good

All was good except the entry gate to dog park was full of tumble weeds, hard to get into the dog park, which is one of the main attractions to this KOA. And ladies restroom smelled like sewer. But overall good

Hard to say cause of storm and our sit had about 2” standing water and had to wade thro it to plug in for electric and hood up water and there was no sewage hook up and paid for full hook up.

The picnic table was so broken I was afraid to sit at it. Afraid I would hit the ground. They charged an extra fee for arriving 2 hours early. Even though they had plenty of open spots.

Great staff clean facilities except for my shower. Big wad of hair in drain. KOAs getting too expensive. Likely will not renew membership

It was off season, but no cable TV, showers needed cleaning, some updates to facilities. Person who checked us in was pleasant and professional.

Campground is very expensive, but bare bones. Not even full hookups. Worse yet, the campground was almost empty & all of the empty spots had a proper freeze protected water tap. We were given the only site with a damaged tap. It was split by frost & someone had put a leaky patch on it. Only after we were set on the jacks did I realize the split and got myself thoroughly soaked by filling our tank.

My little cabin was cozy and gave me shelter from the high winds. The bathrooms were clean and warm. I loved always seeing cute little bunnies outside my home-for-the-night.

Arrived on a very very cold and windy miserable night. I have a small class b RV. The lady at the desk was kind enough to give me the closest spot to the showers she could. I did walk around al little. They have a really nice game/activity room!

Very unique park with a lot of extras. Helpful and courteous owner. Love the addition of train cars as lodging and still adding to the collection.
