We really enjoy this campground, it has a great walking trail around the pond. We stayed in a 5th wheel, with our two dogs. The campground is very well maintained, and staff is very friendly. Oh yeah, the pizza and wings are pretty good too!

Our stay at this KOA was superb. We had so much fun and enjoyed every single camp host we met - Jennifer, Dave, Debbie, Crystal, Jason, Crystal. We enoyed our evening at bar having pizza (made by Karen) and wine flights. We even added a stop to our trip after chatting with other RV-ers at the bar. The campground is very neat and clean, great sites and easy access off I-95.

Excellent place to camp. Very clean, lots of shade, very friendly staff. They offer pizza, wings, wine, and ber, pluse a store and dog park. This park has everything you need and more. You are missing a treat if you don't stay here. They even have a community campfire , gold minning, and playground, just too much to mention. Check it out .

Amazing stop over on our trip to Florida. Beautiful campground , staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Love the special touch with all the flowers and landscaping within the park.

Pleasant quiet stay. We like being by ourselves and not hassled by KOA Staff. You’re doing great with that! I do think the office needs additional help with check-in, answering phones, serving drinks…it’s not enough help with only 2 Staff. Consider hiring some teenagers or young 20 somethings during busy times. The overall flow in the office is not good.

We travel from FL to MD several times a year to visit family. Always stay in one of the lodges. Never any complaints. This past Friday however the smell of dog(?) urine was rather strong and the floors were very sticky. We're staying again next Sunday and will continue to - hoping for a better visit.

This park is great! Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area. It's secluded, beautiful and well-shaded. We stayed for 6 nights and used it as our base for sight-seeing in area - Charleston, Beaufort and Savannah. The staff were all terrific. From moment we checked in - escort to site, area information and there to help with anything.

Always enjoy our stay at this location. The dining/food/beverage area is warm and inviting and the staff are excellent! The property is nicely treed to keep you cooler, the pool is well kept and the optional Kamping Kabin selection is quite unique. Love this place!

Best KOA we have been to. Super friendly staff. Sites are plenty big for our 40’ rig. Everything is immaculate. And the first I have been to that had a pizza shop, beer on tap and a wine bar. Look forward to returning and staying a while.

One of our favorite spots. The RV park is beautiful and clean. The staff and owner and extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist. We really love the registration lobby where we do wine and beer tasting, converse with other Rvers and enjoy pizza and wings. Really great park!

What a wonderful place to stay. Every single staff interaction was nothing but top notch customer service. The grounds were kept tidy. The restrooms were very clean and they even had them nice and cool with AC! So many dogs seen within the campground but they were all very well behaved and quiet you wouldn't have known they were there if you didn't see them. We will be staying here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Point South! The staff was very friendly, clean bathrooms, and well kept landscape. They checked on us after a hard storm (tent camping) and quickly helped address some fire ants on our site. We plan to visit again!

My kids adored the amenities and had a blast at the pool and playground. They also enjoyed crafting and looking for gemstones. It made for a wonderful weekend away.

Extremely friendly staff!!! Park is clean and well maintained. Just off interstate 95 and is very easy to get in and out of. This will be one of our go to parks in the future.

We can’t speak highly enough of this KOA! The staff was incredibly professional and accommodating and the facilities (office/shoppette, coffee shop, bathroom/shower, pool, etc) were immaculate. A crazy pop-up thunderstorm blitzed through and the staff was in cleanup mode as soon as it passed. We stayed in a travel trailer, the three nights there were perfect. Get their pizza, it was delicious!

Only complaint I had was that my pizza was somewhat overcooked (some burning on edges) Restrooms are very clean, but cold. Staff very friendly and helpful. Campground is quiet and mostly shady.

Only stayed 1 night but impressed with the beauty of the park. Staff very friendly. Pizza delivered promptly (sauce too spicy). Will stay again. Need better signage off the main road.

Mrs. Hosterman, thank you for choosing Point South KOA. Sadly, SCDOT will not allow us to put any signs except the small highway runner on the incoming road. Once you turn at Waffle House there are 9 signs within three blocks. We wish you well on your travels. Jennifer~

What a beautifully kept campground. Customer service can't be beat! Easy to get to. We stayed in a cabin and it was so relaxing and peaceful.

Great place for an overnight stop right off I-95. We didn't have any time to explore the trail to the ponds but the campground itself was typical of most KOAs. Full hook-ups with good water pressure and level sites with a fire ring and picnic table. Our daughter and grandson went and played in the pool while we set up the site for the night. There is a coffee and wine bar as well as a pizza and wing shop, which they will deliver right to your site. The staff was fabulous and very accommodating. I read reviews about the highway noise but we honestly didn't hear a thing. We would definitely stay here again.
