Had the pleasure of staying in a 2 bedroom camping cabin. Enjoyed it, only complaint was the thickness of the bed. My husband and I aren’t large people but the bed was sinking in terribly, we could feel the bed frame underneath. The pool was extremely warm and well taken care of and the grounds were quiet and clean. Overall wonderful place to stay, but we might upgrade to a glamping cabin next.

Our stay was very relaxing. Everyone who worked there was nice and helpful. The little dog walk areas were extremely nice and close to sites so it was easy to walk our fur babies.

Everything was great, except for the noise on Sunday afternoon/evening of the worker driving a tractor back and forth. I realize Sunday afternoons that most of the camp was empty and all the kids were gone, but some of us were still paying $120+ for our "peaceful and quiet campsite". So, that was very annoying and, I feel, wrong of your staff to do.

Staff was great, very friendly and welcoming. The glamping cabins were great the beds are comfy. The pool and hot tub were very nice. My only complaint would be that the bathroom and shower need to be cleaned more often. I had to request them to be cleaned

While there was a lot of communication sent via email and through text message (which was awesome btw), the directions for checking in were not clear. Everything says to check in at the gate, however you needed to walk inside to the club house/office to check in. A sign at the gate would have been quite helpful as this was our first time staying at a KOA so we had no idea.

Friends had told us it was a great KOA - It was MORE than expected! We enjoyed the amenities of the playground, jump pillow, Sand Shack food items, swimming pool, camp store and more. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy some of the other activities - train, tyedye, rock painting activities. We will definitely come back again and will be telling our other family members too!! Thank you

3rd trip here. A little disappointed. Trash all over the place, bathrooms filthy, huge groups of kids just going rowdy in the pool and hot tub. Fighting in the pool and making it uncomfortable for the other guests trying to enjoy the pool/hot tub. But I will say the staff is very friendly, the text updates about pool being closed, jump pad broken, showers closed were communicated effectively.

This is a wonderful place for children. It was joyful to experience all the fun going on around us, albeit a bit chaotic and noisy. If you are older (as we are), you may want to stay up the road at the Costanoa KOA. But if you have kids -or just enjoy being with lots of joyful kid energy- this is the place to be. LOTS of amenities, a really friendly staff, and very well kept.

Had a great time .. Have seen many wonderful changes to this park. My family has been coming to santa cruz koa for 35 years....must say this park needed some tlc and its getting it now. Can't wait to book my next trip....gm

The fog and wind were not desirable but that's not the KOA's fault. Overall the whole experience at our first time KOA camping was great. All the hosts were very pleasant.

Always enjoy the stay at Santa Cruz/Monterey koa. A lot of activities for the grandkids and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The only drawback was the bounce pillow was out of order.

We had a group of friends that meet every yr in Santa Cruz, due to outrageous hotel prices,we changed plans and we luckily were able to secure 3 cabins at KOA. This was my 1st time at a KOA and I was impressed w/ the friendly staff, the well kept campground overall and even the bathroom/shower facilities were well maintained. I will definitely be booking there again, as well as other KOA sites.

I loved all the kid friendly activities. The only thing was there were issues with not having a picnic table for each site or which table belongs to each site. Perhaps labeling the tables so it clearly identifies which table belongs to which kamping kabin.

Everyone at this Santa Cruz KOA is outstanding! Friendly smiles came at check-in and greetings came from everyone working on the property. The campground is fun and the other guests staying are cool too. The property is well kept, jacuzzi was great, and the glamping cabins are wonderful - super comfortable beds, well appointed, and the firepits at each one are great to enjoy. Love this place!

Hoped for a better site next to the playground to watch my small children, but was placed at the furtherest spot. The lady who checked us in at the front gate was rude but the rest of the staff was very friendly. Communication by text was great

Everything fine. Staff friendly. Trailer space nice. Water pressure was a little weak but did not cause any issue. Third time there and great for the kids.

Spent time with extended family for our annual traditional stay at KOA, Monterey. We were bummed that the jumpy balloon was not available. That is the star attraction for our kids. But, we ended up enjoying the rest of our stay.

Love this place! They were performing a lot of construction the week we stayed, which made it a little less relaxing than normal, but the staff is always friendly, welcoming and the campground is so clean.

Its our third time there and the kids have so much fun. The unique events like the foam party and bike friendly site made it a hit for everyone! We made some new friends and met some old ones that we didn't even know were going to be there!

One of the best KOA staffs on the West Coast and we have visited a lot of them! The experience was great and all the amenities made this camping trip easy and comfortable. This location is perfect for mixing camping and beach days. Can't wait to go back

LOVE this KOA! It's our home base for weekender trips in our RV. Friendly staff, nice and clean, great amenities. Love the themed weekends, and holiday celebrations.
