Wasn’t happy with the RV Park. Last time I stayed there I was on the back row and didn’t hear all the traffic going back and forth to the mobile home park that goes through the park. Was on the front row and I’m a light sleeper and wasn’t happy. The workers there are very nice.

We had a large site in an uncrowned area. This KOA is convenient to some unique areas such as Dinosaur Monument and Flaming Gorge Scenic Byway.

Had water issues the whole stay! Site was not ready at check in and whole property was in a shabby condition. Not what we expect from a Holiday KOA. Disappointing.

I had a last-minute booking with this KOA, and it was not only my first in Vernal, but my first KOA stay overall. 5/5 for a tent site with no power hookups (as I requested). The site's access to showers, sinks, and laundry facilities were all beyond expectations. The region is beautiful and so this is a great jumping off point. Should I be able to plan vacation into the area, I know where to book.

We had a great stay. There is a lot of traffic in and out of the campground due to the long term RV park in the back of the KOA.

The campground is very well kept, quiet and the sites are spacious with gravel pads and grass. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very expensive for the quality for this KOA. needs paint, new gravel and TLC. Newer bathroom had no water. Multiple bathrooms had broken toilets. Dog run needed to be mowed. I tripped in a hole in the dog run having the grass so long. Exterior of the office was grimy and needs to be painted. This KOA should be listed as a Journey and not a Holiday. We could have stayed in a hotel in Vernal for 93

When making the reservation, the pictures show lush green grassy areas around the campsites. When we got to the campsite and those around us, there was mostly dirt, a few weeds and a bad case of grass burs. They were so bad I couldn't let my dog walk in that area as they would poke his paws and get stuck in our shoes that ended up getting tracked into the trailer. Definitely not as pictured!!

Very nice park. We stayed on the backside in the larger sites. We have stayed here before and love the location. It’s a quiet park & the staff is very nice & Accommodating.

Disappointed. Multiple bathroom buildings out of order and working ones had lukewarm water when showering at best. The Pool was closed, i was told they had not had their inspection done yet. Limited staff hours hindered kids' activities like golf, and the jump pad was off most of the time. Outdoor common area lacked set-up toys of Jenga, 4 in a row, and other activities listed on website & email.

We were there early in the season so it was quiet. Stayed in a cabin which was clean, restrooms clean and staff friendly. A very pleasant stay.

This campground could be great if properly managed. They advertise propane, but only 1 person knows how to dispense it, and he’s away. Showers need some deep cleaning, and they need to open up the other shower buildings. Laundry room has more broken machines than working ones. After 5pm, no staff on site. KOA needs to do more to protect the brand.

Awesome place! My camper cabin was nice and looked awesome . The bathrooms were so clean and nice, maybe the best I’ve ever had in a campground . The camp is really close to town and restaurants. Maybe a mile to the Main Street. Great stay. I will def bike back the staff was super nice and friendly also �

Just stayed the one night in a pull through site. It was level and well maintained. Easy in and easy out. Park was in the opening process for the season all lawns were mowed except the dog park. Could have lost our small dogs in there. All in all it was a good stay.

Just one night, we arrived late and found our spots. The bathroom was clean. And in the morning we got to see several Deer in the field next door.

The facility was clean and well kept. The campground grounds are beautiful with large shade trees everywhere. The family running the KOA were very nice and so accommodating and willing to help with any need. We will be returning to this KOA in the future.

It was nice having the extra space in the form of the concrete patio in between other campsites. The playground area and jumping pad were hot with the grand kids. Since we stayed during the off season, a lot of amenities were not available but looking forward to another stay.

Easy to get to, loved that the cabins were more tucked away but still close to the bathrooms. Clean cabin, enjoyed the coffee outside on cabin swing.

We stayed here over a long weekend in our trailer and had a great visit! The staff is very friendly and helpful - we were given some area recommendations, helped fill propane, and our kids loved the playground, mini golf, and jump pad! We stayed in the back-in sites towards the back. Quite large sides with a huge grassy area. B15 had shade and was pretty level. Wifi is OK and water pressure is on lower side. Overall great stay and we plan to return :)

Generally a great stay but, as with most KOA sites we have visited, intermittent wi-fi. The restroom door also failed to lock much to the shock of an American child 🤣 Great location to explore the surrounding area. We loved the Moon Arch which was only a few miles out of town. The shop has a fantastic set of about 20 walks that you can take of the surrounding area. Vernal itself was a nice town and we enjoyed our best, and cheapest, meal there at Betty's Cafe.
