Sites were not great. Could use some up keep on the facilities, and the grounds itself. Super dusty and bit dirty. Staff was amazing though.

The staff at this location are fantastic!! The location has its challenges with the traffic & train noise but the staff & amenities make up for them. We’ll be back in the future!

It’s a fantastic experience staying at KOA. The wagon is worth trying out. Facilities are very clean and kids friendly. Anyone that’s planning for a group stay, and a weekend getaway, you are in the right place.

Staff was friendly and check in went smoothly. I was escorted to the site. Sites are cramped and unlevel. This KOA has lots of activities and the food at the cafe is excellent.

We loved our delux cabin. The staff was kind and gviugggfuk about keeping our group together. The kids enjoyed the go carts and golf. The cafe and store made the stay easier. The Only thing to consider is the freeway noise. It scared our dog.

The staff was very welcoming and so friendly. Lots of activities for the kids. My granddaughters loved the bouncing thing and the go carts.

We stay at the Williams Circle Pines KOA every year. I was so excited to have my 1 yr old experience camping this past weekend and he loved it. The only thing that made me very disappointed with KOA is they allowed motorized dirt bikes or mopeds on the bike track by the playground. They almost took my 1 year old out who was riding his little toddler bike. This is something y’all need to prohibit

We had a fun stay at circle pines! This is a kids paradise and our grandsons had so much fun. I special shout out to Ray, the hayride driver, game host and all around great guy. The kids love him and so do parents. Thanks for the good time.

We stayed two nights on a somewhat busy weekend. Everything was perfect from the campsites (perfectly spaced apart so people don’t feel too close to each other), to the amenities, to the staff. The best thing about this place is the staff! The most friendly and helpful staff ever!

Everything was great and all of the employees were helpful and friendly. We have stayed here 2 different times. We would like to suggest that the go carts are available everyday and the Cafe remain open some time during the day, every day. Other than that you are just about perfect. Thank you

We were disappointed that you had to pay extra for mini golf and bumper cars and that it was closed most of the time. I'm not sure why some of the experiences at the KOA would be closed after 5:00 p.m. when that is the time that most campers are returning back to camp and would enjoy these activities. The cafe should be open more too. I wouldn't make the drive just for this KOA.

We had a wonderful time with our grandkids! Such great activities and things to do! My ONLY complaint was that we encountered several off leash dogs and had issues with people walking through our site nonstop, even though we were right next to the walking path. (They still cut right through our patio area).

Very nice place. Lots of things to keep you busy here. From go carts to horse back riding, movies to lollipop hunts. Something for everyone. Everyone was super happy to help and even deliver firewood to your camp site for you. When in the area I would see definitely stay again.

Our family utilized 3 cabins and an RV space. We had 9 children and 7 adults. Everyone had something fun to do. The accommodations were excellent.

Our stay in your Glamping Tent was probably our first & last. The undisclosed construction occurring, directly behind our tent throughout our stay was very annoying and continued both when we were away from the tent & while we were back at camp trying to enjoy our campsite. The inappropriate banter from the staff, trying to engage my wife through the tent screen as she relaxed was very unsettling.

As always, this campground is gorgeous, safe, and clean. I liked the online check in process this time. That really helped, especially since we came in late. One thing that I didn't appreciate was how everything seemed to be an extra charge. Why does mini golf have to be $3 a person? This type of thing should be included in the park fee. We have a large family and it was enough to afford staying.

Beartrax cafe was not open when the website showed it would be open. It really threw a wrench into our plans when we planned some of our meals around the cafe being open and had to come up with last minute plans elsewhere.

There were 10 of us (all family) we had 3 sites (two campers and 1 tent site). We stayed 5 nights and not one complaint. Everything was top notch. Clean, quiet, shady sites, plenty to occupy 3 young ones (nine and younger). I give Circle Pines KOA a solid 5 and the employees, I would like to give even higher ratings. Thank You Circle Pines.

We chose a Tepee over a cabin which slept 4 comfortably. Came with an air conditioner (which we needed) and a small fridge. Their Cafe and other recreation had weird times (only avail on weekends and a couple days in the week). The bathrooms and showers were close and well maintained.

We love this KOA! Amazing staff, clean and quiet. There is plenty for kiddos to do on sight. Clean bathrooms and showers.

Fantastic! We had so much fun with our 4yo son. He loved the playgrounds, jumping pillow, and mining area. We loved the shade from the beautiful trees as well as having full hookups and a crystal clean facility. Staff were so friendly. Cafe food was convenient and tasty. A stellar stay! We'll be back next year.
