Friendly and helpful staff. Our campsite was appropriately sized, but our neighbor was very tight to our electric and sewer hook up with little space for their picnic table and the ability to move around our hook ups.

We always enjoy our stay at this KOA. The only issue was the construction trucks and equipment passing back & forth by our camper early morning starting at 7 am during our stay.

I think you could include children in the cost of your stay instead of charging extra. You have enough charges added on plus your base fee, that you could help ease financial burdens by at least including 2 children free. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Would be nice to offer discounts for groups as well - we had at least 10 different types of sites/ cabins reserved

We love staying at the KOA. Just wished as a senior there were discounts on some of the extra charges due to limited income...we would have stayed longer.

This KOA is located at the historic junction of the Potomic and Shenandoah rivers. My family came together for a long holiday weekend to make great memories. The varied stay options can accommodate different needs and desires. The sites are maintained season to season so we book the same each year. Kid and dog friendly means the whole family comes. The bath houses are kept clean even when busy.

Very pricey - couldn’t sit around our fire pit due to the weeds so high and the bugs were terrible. Also no garbage pick up and 1 garbage bin for the entire park which was overflowing. Will not be returning!

When I pay $125/night for a premium site, I expect the site to be level! Site 199 IS NOT LEVEL nor is the concrete patio! We had to keep the unit back at the back half of the site because the front half ran downhill so bad. The front legs on our unit were fully extended & on blocks and we still couldn't get level. The pool is not easily accessible for people with walking issues either.

We had a great time. The only problem was the lack of cleanliness in the public restrooms and the pool area. The bathroom accessible nearest the pool was absolutely disgusting. The campground was nice and we will return but regular attention to the bathroom areas should be given.

Clean well Maintained WONDERFUL staff and activities My granddaughter (age 4) fell on the road and Mr Frank immediately scooped her up and made sure she was ok before we could even get to her from 20 feet away�ϋ��ϋ�

We had a wonderful stay at the Harpers Ferry KOA. Our cabin was clean and in good working condition. My kids enjoyed all the activities and especially the pool. We’ll definitely come back.

Overall it was good. The staff are very warm & welcoming and there’s a lot of things to do. Our kids loved it. The bathrooms are not well maintained. There’s spider webs in every corner, floors are always wet all the time and cubicle doors doesn't call for privacy while doing your business. Some cubicles have broken lock. Quiet time is not well implemented.

We didn’t get to enjoy all the great amenities due to our fifth wheel having major issues once we arrived. Thankfully, the front desk was so nice & tried to help us get the resources out to remedy the situation. We definitely will be back in August, it’s already booked & hopefully our fifth wheel has all the kinks worked out. The front desk ladies were the best & their kindness went a long way

Park has a lot to offer. Sites are close to each other. My table was literally next to other site sewer. That’s sucks. Can never get the cable tv to come thru. And internet sucks. Park does offer lots of activities.

Great location if you plan to explore the National Park or local battlefields. The price was a little high for a mid-week reservation with very limited amenities available. Unfortunately, we stayed before Memorial Day so the pool, gameroom, coffeehouse and wine tasting were unavailable. This campground has a lot to offer for those planning a summer family getaway. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and professional. Sites were fairly level. Park was clean. Stayed there before the season truly started so some items were not available. Towed vehicle Must be dropped in parking lot before going to site

It was a quick last minute decision to stop here and I'm glad we did. Campground was clean, quiet and perfect for us. Close enough to national park to walk over and explore Harper's Ferry. Great find. Thanks.

First off I want to say the staff was great and very accommodating. It always make's traveling a pleasure to have friendly staff. But the park needs better mowing maintenance and the sites are terribly unlevel. The park would benefit with some good leveling of sites in the future.

Beautiful campground and wonderful accomadting staff. Everyone is very friendly and wanted to make sure that guest had a wonderful experience. We have been here three times and we will definitely be back.

I was disappointed. The lots were full of high weeds/grass not mowed throughout (including the dog park). Wine tasting weekend, staff did not know about it, was only for one day, not the 2 days as advertised, only 1 winery for 2 hours. The cable did not work in our site, the dog park trash was overflowing, could not charge purchases to our site. Not to the KOA standard we are used to.

The staff at this KOA are exceptionally kind and helpful and if I were rating just them, I would have given a 5 star rating. Our site #48 was so horribly unlevel that it actually broke one of the levelers on our one year old motorhome. It will cost a few thousand dollars to replace it. Part of our family was staying in site #49 and they used several boards to try and level their motorhome.

Our stay was nice. It’s a nice campground. Most of the staff is nice. We had a very rude person in the camp store a few times we visited so we took our store business elsewhere.

We enjoyed the dog park and taking walks throughout your scenic campground. Two areas for improvement - cable tv reception (rather fuzzy) and upkeep of the mini golf course (lots of leaves and stones that staff should regularly remove).

The campground is always nice. The employees are very friendly. I only wish they the bath house in the back of the campground had better water pressure on the shower and consistent hot water. Other than that, everything was great like always!

Staff was amazing and the location is perfect. We could walk to parts of Harper’s Ferry which was great. Highly recommend the burgers at White Horse Tavern!!!

First all of the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly. I phoned for a MIA screw in one of our chairs and in literally minutes it was fixed. Some of the lots are tight - yes, but you are there for the location - which is so very convenient! As others have said - many lots are unleveled. That could be addressed, but bring your blocks and problem solved.
