The check-in process was swift, but it was the first time I've been asked to sign a lease agreement at a KOA or any RV park. Some of the rules seem somewhat excessive. The park itself is pleasant, with mature trees and spacious sites. The restrooms are clean, yet they could benefit from updates and the installation of paper towel dispensers. Most expensive place, but value doesn't seem evident.

We enjoyed the stay. The campground is close to the beach and close to a lot of things to do. However, the pool was being renovated so there wasn't a lot to do at the campground the weekend we stayed

The pool is being replaced, right when hot weather hit. My grandchildren were very disappointed, as was I. I was unable to connect to WiFI, Tengo (WIFI company) told me I had to buy an outdoor booster. In 40 years of RV-ing I have never needed a booster to connect to WIFI in a campground that advertises they have WIFI.

Our Scout troophad a fantastic time! Facilities were top notch. We loved the outdoor kitchen facility near our tent site. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Restroomand shower facilities were clean, private and safe. We will definitely be back.

First time camper, so here are my inexperienced thoughts… Not having a pool was disappointing, but the staff provided a blow up water feature that people seemed to enjoy. The staff was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful…The scheduled events were exceptional and entertaining… I would recommend this site to anyone, once the pool is completed.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and had a blast! We enjoyed the live music every night, the giant water slide, and the amazing food trucks. We also loved the playground, minigolf, badmitton, and other activities they offered. The proximity to the beaches and all the Pensacola-area has to offer cannot be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the best KOA we have been to. Very clean, well maintained grounds, common area , gas grill at site was clean with propane, laundry room and restrooms and showers. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is being replaced, AND it was clearly posted in several places on the KOA website, their Facebook page, and the website. So, no one should complain

I’ve stayed in previous years and with renovations only got half the camp ground available at FULL PRICE. I believe discounts should apply during certain circumstances.

Campground was clean and the showers/restrooms were very clean. Camp Host greeted us upon arrival and later came by to let us know some thunderstorms were expected during the night. Highly recommend this KOA

We were surprised the office was closed at 3:30 in the afternoon. The camp site was ok and the showers were ok.

Pool was being renovated, but there was no notification when I made the reservation. The park seems rundown with scraggly appearance. the laundry, restrooms and showers building needs to be upgraded. While in the shower, the water suddenly turned scalding hot - Good thing I'm an adult and not a child so I was able to turn it off quickly - then kept fluctuating cold to dangerously hot

Always clean, conveniently located and the linens included are a game changer. Will continue to come back again and again to this campground.

Perry is off the beaten path. But if you're going that way stop in. Nice KOA. Loved the clean, modern bathrooms/showers and ample hot water.

Staff were very nice. I like that they escort you to your site, very nice service when you are tired from a long drive. Would definitely stay there again.

If I could rate this park higher .i would clean friendly it’s was like coming home . We stay at many Koa this is by far the best.Already booked my stay at Gulf pines KOA for next year!

My only issue is the grass burrs. The dogs were coated in burrs that caused constant brushing.

The first place that we stayed with our new motorhome. Sites were level and I enjoyed the mini golf course. The bathrooms were clean. Beautiful Park and helpful guy Rex.

Great employees! Clean cabin! Really a nice place to stay. Great to hear a New pool will be installed very shortly. Just might need to come up this summer and try out!,, Nice to have a Piggley Wiggley up the street and a Waffle House across the street! What more can a person ask for in a campground?

Great helpers guiding us to our sites. nice campground,well maintained.disappointed that the county environmental service can fine the campground an excessive amount for the possible errors of a camping unit regarding needing a lifted sewer hose.

The Vetetans memorial is beautiful and appreciated by my husband, who served 38 years in the Air Force. It is great that several types of campsites are available at different prices. So, again, you can't complain about gravel if you chose it.

First time at a KOA, this place is beautiful. We rented a cabin, granted it had no bathroom or kitchen, however it was a step up from tenting. The cabin had air conditioning and TV, with cable. The showers and bathrooms are immaculate and very clean. The showers and bathrooms are very very clean and easily accessible. The staff is awesome. The cabin we rented was a step up from tenting, so you could not cook in the cabin; however I requested a small grill and they provided one. They have pools,mini golf, and other activities. I really recommend this location and will be back to visit. The plus is that the beach is close too. Thank you to all the staff we talked to and we will be happy to visit very soon.
