Love the area but campground still needs a lot of work. When it rains roads are under approx. 6' water due to poor drainage system. Sewer lines are on the up hill side off campsites and it takes 25-30ft. of sewer lines to connect. Most sites need more gravel. For the cost of the nightly fee i would expect better from a nation wide chain.

Need WiFi but the worst is the camp site is so unlevel and our toyhauler and bus friends sink. It needs work for the price I think you all are close but plz fix these issues

Ronda in the office and the gentleman who we think is her husband but never got a name made out stay the best experience. Clean new office and sites are easy to navigate. I had the 100’ pull through and it was just perfect. The concert Tyler Hubbard was insane!!! Great setup for concerts and the effort put into it was amazing. Thank the people who made it all happen. So grateful for you all.

They shower houses and new office area are wonderful! And the blonde lady working the office is so sweet and helpful! We were there for Memorial Day Weekend and she kept the office open late each night for ice sales and to help people access the shower house.

The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful. The brand new registration, store, and bath house facilities are excellent. The campground itself needs a lot of improvement. Plain, no landscaping, picnic tables in bad condition. Poor water flow. Not what I expect at a KOA with premium rates.

Positive - Staff response to request to clear low branches was beyond expectations. Otherwise - EXTREMELY difficult to access: no signage on main road, twisting rough road to get there, deep ruts in camp roadways. No onsite staff - couldn’t use laundry; touted general store always closed Camp new to KOA, clear improvements are coming, but poor access will prevent our return or recommendat

the road to get into the campground ,, at the campground the road is to narrow to make the turn , they need to widen there colvert to the campground ,, three of our group had to back in. not very rv friendly with 44ft campers (toyhaulers).. be awhile before we all come back if they dont fix the road !! we dont want to damage our truck and campers to get in.

Had problems getting my 46 foot 5th wheel into the campground. When you turn off of Winona road. Bed did keep digging into RV. Had to back down through other entrances. All it would take is add a 20ft drain pipe at the store entrance.

We enjoyed our stay here. Being next to the Brimstone and TWRA riding trails makes it very convenient for us SXS riders. The facilities are very clean. We will be staying here again.

They didn't answer the phone or respond to emails when I needed to change my reservation. They do seem to know how to charge someone's card. I'm disputing the charge and will let fellow campers know about this scam campground. rcampground

When choosing a KOA you usually know what you're getting. You DO NOT get that with this one. To many issues to list here but include a closed office in the afternoon, given a site already occupied, ABSOLUTELY no KOA signage, very tall grass and I could go on. Do yourself a favor a don't make this a stop on your journey

We had a great stay! Easy check in and out, great location. Had everything we needed. Only downfall is the fridge does not get cold and is extremely small, also no hooks to hang jackets or towels. Other than that it was perfect! Very clean. We will stay again

The hotel room was very clean and cute! From check in to check out it was a great experience and the lady at the desk was extremely kind and helpful! We will be back soon.
