This 10-mile loop just off Highway 44 is a not to be missed stop during your visit to Flaming Gorge. Dramatic geology combined with stunning views make this loop a place you will talk about for years! Don't forget about the wildlife! Mule deer, elk, moose and big horn sheep are seen regularly as people take this drive.

One of our favorite spots! From this overlook you can see the Flaming Gorge Reservois wind its way into Wyoming and flow into beautiful Red Canyon. Gorgeous! Plan to spend some time mountain biking and hiking this beautiful spot.
At over 10000 feet in elevation, Spirit Lake will amaze you! The drive to get there is almost as amazing, you can reach it by truck or a UTV. Watch for wildlife and wildflowers. When you get there spend some time fishing and hiking.
Rodeo grounds are only 1/4 of a mile from the campground. The KOA has been a long standing sponsor of the Cow Country Rodeo and all the Junior Rodeos as well. Walk down and enjoy the fun!

The Green River flows through the heart of this valley and provides adventure, fishing and a whole lot of history! Once a hangout for outlaws, such as Butch Cassidy, Browns Park is a great place to visit and learn about what life was like "back in the day". Be sure to stop by the John Jarvie Historic ranch.
Just over an hour from Manila you will find the Dinosaur National Monument and Quarry. The famous "Wall of Bones" is definitely worth the trip all by itself! Visitors will also find great hiking, river rafting and even a few petroglyphs!
Take a step back in time when you visit the Swett Ranch. Take a stroll through the life of a pioneer in the west.
Nestled in the Northeastern corner of Utah and the Southwestern corner of Wyoming this little hidden gem is so worth the visit! Flaming Gorge Reservoir is a 91 mile reservoir fed by the Green River. Fishing, boating, paddle boarding and kayaking are just of few of the activites available. The Ashley National Forest surrounds the reservoir and offers hiking, biking, off-roading and more.
The Green river provides many opportunities to play on the river. You can fish, float or hike! Visitors can rent a raft and float themselves or hire a guide to take them down the river.
