Well maintained, clean. Propane available for refill and purchase. A few permanent residents, a few local workers. Inside pool, clean and nice.

Very nice facility, very clean and quiet. Love the flowers on the property, everyone is super nice. Reception lady was exceptional, they had coffee which was a big plus for me and the pool was awesome for my daughter that wanted to swim.

Easy access from highway but road loose was not too bad at all. Staff were very kind and helpful. At check in they helped fix an error we made when making reservation. All hook ups worked well. Roads are gravel and our site was level gravel. Dog park was convenient to our site. The pool was awesome and our kids really enjoyed it. Bathrooms/showers were clean and stocked. Camp store was nice too.

Great place to stay for an overnight. No complaints at all. Dogs loved the Dogpark. Bathrooms were clean. Did not use showers so cannot comment. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was only for one night, but we enjoyed our time there. The office staff was so nice and helpful with information. Also, the beautiful flowers outside the office were so pretty! Thanks for the safe and clean stay!

Lots of road noise. Lots of noise. I was put in a 30 amp spot. Need a 50 amp spot. No paved road in and out. Open dumpsters near my site ��.

Had an awesome stay. Staff very friendly and enjoyable. Really enjoyed the sound of the occasional train and the rooster walking the grounds. Very please and we will be back.

Always accomodating for us! We are in a 45ft Bus with a motorcycle lift and a TOAD, so we are extra long. There are only so many sites that allow for that site, and they make sure we get one, even if it means switching folks around! Thank you to all the hard working office staff and maintenance folks! Park stays very clean and well kept.

Check-in was easy; personel was very friendly and helpful; hated that someone came in about 10:30 pm next to us and set up their trailer with little regard for others- very loud! Maybe restrict how late guests can arrive??? For what we needed- a place to stop overnight- the grounds were fine. Would stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights to visit the local museums which were fantastic, the koa was not cozy but strictly a drive through with a wood picnic table, not sure what but the homey feel just was not there. Office staff was pleasant.

Only stayed overnight, but worked out well for that. Site was close to level, hookusp were close by, although we only used electric. The showers we clean, if not a little small. There seemed to be a lot of seasonal or permanent folks, but sites were well kept. It's far enough off the main highway that there was littel traffic noise. On the other hand it is a long ways from the main highways.

Female staff member checking us in was not welcoming or friendly in general, which is a priority expectation after a long day on the road, and a main reason why we choose KOA. The dog park was dirt, not grass or gravel, and followiong the heavy rains they received the day before our arrival, was unuseable, as was much of the road for walking our dog. Bathrooms were clean, spaces were adequate.

I had no issues with the Lubbock Journey KOA. It was clean, well-kept, and the office staff with whom I dealt with was excellent; she was very helpful and informative. I'll stay there again when I return to Lubbock.

Friendly staff in a nice camp store. Sites were clean and level and there's a dog park as well. The only downside for me was it's right next to a busy freeway and was very loud. It eventually quieted down and I slept very well until traffic started up again early in the morning.

We felt so welcomed and at home here! The staff and other guests were so friendly. This campground is older, but very clean, it has a homey feel, cats and chickens roaming around. I loved the rooster! There is free coffee in the office, often goodies as well. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! The bathroom and showers are clean. The laundry room takes your credit card! No scrounging for quarters! The campground was pretty quiet, even with some train and road noise. Would love to come back !
