We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the park. The space was an easy in and out with our motorhome. We made use of the bark park which was very nice and large enough to allow our dogs room to run and play. Enjoyed walking in the park and around the pond. I would definitely recommend this park for your overnight stays and weekend get away!!

Our site was a patio pull thru and was very nice! Plenty long for our fifth wheel and truck. Campground was clean, office staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to I 30 but not too loud. We will return when in the area!

As always, this KOA does not disappoint. This is our favorite KOA Journey. All the staff are pleasant and courteous and the owners are the most wonderful people. Grounds are impeccable even with the recent rain and we all know the owners are not responsible for the weather. We make it a point in our travels from Texas to Oklahoma to spend the night here. We love this place. Keep up the good work.

The only negative comment I have is that they need more ADA access to the dog park and the men’s showers

I always can trust a KOA to be friendly, handle my 43' 5th wheel with easy pull-thru's, and make me feel at home from the minute I arrive. Mt Pleasant KOA met my expectations. Be sure to check out the local history if you have time. Especially Carrol Shelby's contribution and the Ezekial Airship!

Just an overnight. Lots of rain prior and during our arrival, so sites were very wet, limiting dog walking areas. Restrooms very clean. Nice, large dog park.

Excellent stop for the night. Clean cabin, very close to bathrooms, huge plus. Nice pond in the back to walk around. Friendly staff look forward to visiting again in the future

The campground was very open, well managed, and easy to get in and out of! Jason and Amanda were incredible hosts, and take a lot of pride in their park, both through maintaining and through their great customer service. I travel for work, and I look forward to coming back here again.

Originally we were only booked for one night. But after our truck broke down the staff made every effort to make sure we had a place to stay tell we could get things worked out. Thank you so much.

Restful, safe place to stay while passing through. Laundry was very reasonable and efficient. Friendly owners. Great dog park!

Nice RV park. We got in late and left early, so did not get to use the facilities, but looked nice, clean and well kept. Only negative is that our pull through site was very close to the next pull through site, but we requested an easy in, easy out site, so that may have been why. Hookups were close and conveniently located. We would not hesitate to return. Our rig is 38' MH towing a jeep.

Nice campground, clean surroundings and super nice staff greeted us and took us to our site. Nice concrete slabs for campers. We would def stay here again.

Amazing stay from arrival through departure and everything in between. The young lady at the reception desk was so welcoming and then the other lady escorted me to the camp site. Best service I have ever experienced at any campground!

The good. Nice playground, nice pool, great location close to many restaurants and businesses. Pretty clean place and super nice people. The bad. Most people there are full time. Makes the place look junky. Our site was gravel and not level. This place could be amazing. Just looks kinda trashy.

I had been anticipating the April 2024 Total Solar Eclipse for almost 7 years. When I researched appropriate sites for the event, the owner of tis KOA was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Over about a year of correspondence, she kept our 4 groups informed, and reassured that we were going to be near each other, and gave us some tips for the Block Party that the town was throwing for the occasion. They have some very nice spots for campers and RVs, nice facilities, and a pretty big doggie play area (Kamp K9!) It was so nice to be welcomed to the camp by the owner when my big party trickled into town. I hope to return for more adventures soon!
