Great park. Concrete pull through with plenty of room. Staff was great, friendly and very knowledgeable of the area.

Great staff. Eager to accommadate preferences. Very clean bath house and laundry. Relaxing walk around property to unwind from day's travel

Very pretty park and extremely well taken care of. Sites are very nice however a bit narrow for a motorhome with 4 slides. (Only negative I have). Heavy rains had frequented the area and the owner took the time to pump out the rather large puddles on one of the roads. He was very interested in making our stay pleasent.

Thought I scheduled a 50 amp space, got 30 amp only but was cool enough so only one AC was required. Paved parking was great and I was able to level my 5th wheel without unhitching since we were only staying one night. Nice dog park but due to MUCH rain the open dog walk area was really wet. Not a problem. Easy in/out. Walked to BBQ place across the street for the BBQ and frozen Margaritas!

Sorry to hear you booked a 50amp, next time give us a call and happy to make sure you are on a 50amp site. You are right, there has been so much rain for us and we continue to work hard to clear the ponding water out. Thanks again and hope to see you back!

Pleasant but not my favorite. Seemed to be a transient worker KOA. Lots of large rigs parked and late night workers that come and go similar to oil filed workers. The women's bathroom was pretty dark and there were no lights in the showers at all. But after getting a camp light from my trailer I could see why they are dark because they were fairly dirty. Glad I wore shower shoes.

We appreciate your feedback. We are not a transient worker KOA. We did have a crew who stayed here for a week for a project during your stay. We always have positive feedback on our clean restrooms while they are older they are cleaned daily. Thank you.

Despite the campground beng flooded the previous day by thunderstorms, the site was cleared and able to be used, and the staff were apologetic for the remaining mud! Devastating storms couldn't keep the staff from doing a fabulous job! Pleasant one night stay.

The campground is very easy to access from I30. I was greeted very warmly and shown my site. The site had a nice level concrete pad. The park was wet and muddy but had nothing to do with park maintenance. The area had flooded due to severe storms. All in all, it was a very decent park. I'd stay again

Stayed overnight, came a severe rain storm for 4 hours during our stay. Very accommodating staff, very good water pressure, our site was perfectly level!! Only issue was how close the sites are together, with slide out we were actually touching our neighbors awning, which was only partially extended.

Great overnight. Was able to pick up some produce and groc at the Dollar General across the road. We had a nice site.

The premium spot we had was awesome! Very large, level and roomy for large RV and towing a car! Only negative was I did two loads of laundry and 3 out of the 4 dryers was out of service or didn’t get hot.

Very pleasant hosts, cute little KOA. Easy in for us and our spot to back in for a night. Quiet and relaxing. We did a load of laundry and was nice facility. Only issue is bottom drier on left wasn’t getting the clothes dry very fast. Might want to use a different one. Otherwise clean with nice space between back in sites.

We only stayed for one night as we were passing through, but I thought the KOA was perfectly fine. I like KOAs because they are always clean and well run.

Bathrooms very clean, staff was friendly. There is a train track nearby you may hear throughout stay, but not too loud, I slept through. Was just a stopover for us while traveling and it worked well for us.

Nice level site with shade tree, enjoyed walking around the catch and release pond as well the fenced in K9 site was large and grasses for our pup. Staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay

Very nice campground. Neat, clean, level sites. Great for overnight. Not far from interstate. BBQ restaurant right across the street. Small and cozy. Quiet. Excellent customer service. Would stay again.

Very nice campsitpaddle. I like the cement pad. We drove through Texas without seeing many trees. It was a welcome change to see Hugo trees at the camp

We came for the eclipse. The communication ahead of time was excellent and they had a nice little eclipse goodie bag on arrival. It was quiet and they didn't increase their rates for the event. All the people working there were so pleasant and helpful, including warning us about impending storms overnight so that we could stow our gear. Very clean with lots of amenities. Would go back!

I had been anticipating the April 2024 Total Solar Eclipse for almost 7 years. When I researched appropriate sites for the event, the owner of tis KOA was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Over about a year of correspondence, she kept our 4 groups informed, and reassured that we were going to be near each other, and gave us some tips for the Block Party that the town was throwing for the occasion. They have some very nice spots for campers and RVs, nice facilities, and a pretty big doggie play area (Kamp K9!) It was so nice to be welcomed to the camp by the owner when my big party trickled into town. I hope to return for more adventures soon!
