Mount Shasta City KOA Holiday General Information

Store Hours; Mon-Sun 8am-6pm
Check-in time: 2:00pm  Check-Out time: 11:00am
Firewood: We do have firewood for sale on site.
After Hours Check-In Information is located to the left of the office.
Our Dog Park is just what the pets are looking for.

Wood fires permitted only in fire rings provided. Be careful- extinguish your fire when unattended. Firewood is for sale. Please. no cutting trees and shrubs.

Rustic Campground in the Siskiyou Mountains near beautiful Mt. Shasta. We have a great general store for those items that where forgotten. A short drive or walk to beautiful downtown Mt. Shasta, where you can visit the small town atmosphere. You will enjoy the view of Mt.Shasta and the sounds of nature. We also have the rustic and historic sounds of the train as it makes it's journey through Siskiyou County and the upper Sacramento River.

We do allow and encourage visitors. 

Our quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am!

Quiet hours for no loud noise start at 10 pm till 7 am. No generators during this time. Early departures, Please keep noise at a minimum.

If you would like to check in early, please contact us so we can have your site ready for you.
All pricing is based on 4 people per site.

PET POLICY
We are a pet-friendly park. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $30 per pet per stay for all cabins. All dogs must be on a leash unless they are in the dog park or the owner's vehicle.
Aggressive dogs will be asked to leave the property.

SWIMMING POOL HOURS
Our pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. 
Pool hours are 10 am - 9 pm

STORE HOURS
April 1st up to Memorial Day Weekend: 8 am - 4 pm
Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend: 8 am - 6 pm
Fall and Winter store hours vary.

Wi-Fi INTERNET
Internet is available throughout most of the campground, however, it is slow and may be sporadic or unavailable from time to time. Some tent sites may not have internet.

CELLULAR PHONE SERVICE
Our campground is located in the mountains and we are surrounded by trees.  Not all cell services are available in our campground.

CANCELATION POLICY
Please see deadlines listed to receive your deposit refund, minus $10 cancelation fee.
RV and tent sites: 48 hours prior to arrival
Cabins:  7 days prior to arrival 
NO SHOW will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

We welcome you to our wonderful KOA!  We have enjoyed meeting new people every day and making new friends.  We are looking forward to the new season of camping with awesome people and the great outdoors.

Children must have adult supervision, especially in restrooms and at the pool.

Pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors. Pets are not to be left unattended at your campsite. Please do not let other campers approach your pet. Safety is very important to us, and we want everyone to enjoy their stay here and have wonderful memories with their families.
