It was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the noise from the highway.

Love the heated pool and the outdoor game area. This KOA location is extremely clean. The only complaint I have is the hot tub jets did not work, but not a deal breaker, so still 5 stars!

The park is beautiful The staff are friendly But the showers by our site were disgusting Stuff was left in the stall for at least three days Many of the doors would not lock properly Floors dirty This was disappointing

Our stay was great! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Campsite was clean with lots of things to do. We used the shuttle to downtown which was super convenient!

We only had a one night stay but it was nice & convenient to many places to see so we'll be back when we can stay longer.

The staff was friendly and helpful the grounds were very clean and nicely decorated, I would give it a 10 star if I could would definitely stay here again. Great job and stay

Spaces were very very tight! We did get the last one tho. Other areas of the campground had more spacious sites. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful!

The campground was well kept staff was super nice. Beautiful location ease to get to your destination was a breeze. Grand ole opry was just a few minutes away. The only issue had was that my lot was'nt very level, had to use blocks so my self leveler would work.

Everything was great. Only complaint was our fire ring was so close to our neighbors camper, we didn’t feel comfortable using it

One of the BEST KOA we have stayed at. The campsites were a nice size and very clean as were the amenities. Staff were fantastic friendly and very knowledgeable. The shuttle to downtown and back was the absolute BEST!!! Would definitely recommend this KOA for when visiting Nashville.

Great campground, lots of amenities. Shuttle to downtown Nashville is a big plus! Only unsatisfactory thing was length of grass - especially in paw pens �

Beautiful clean rv park. Trees and grass. On the shuttle route to downtown. We only stayed one night but it looks like a hopping place with music at the pool. Nice Cafe and store on premises. Another fine KOA!

The shower/tubing fixtures very loose. Floors were dirty very sticky spot in front of fridge when I wiped area the cloth was black. TVs in both bedrooms would be great. Pool area is a amazing. I would definitely come back. Love koa cabins

Staff friendly and very accommodating. Sites are close on the left side but not too close. Location is perfect to catch the shittle for downtown Nashville.

It was one of our stops for us. We started in California, on April 12. Visited nieces, nephews, Aunt &Uncles, grandson. It was our time to spend together. The KOA was clean, fun, listened to the bands in the evening. The shuttle was fun, meeting people. And partying downtown Broadway. Thanks KOA

Enjoyed the evening live music , restaurant was not open the entire time we were there. The laundry machines 4 were out of order the entire time we were there also. Town was crazy busy

we liked all the amenities. We stayed in a spot that was next to a large transformer so we had no room to set up chairs or a spot for the dogs. Two spaces were open next to us . Possibly this spot could be used as an overflow spot if there is no availability? Also the picnic table was falling apart and was placed 2 foot from the road so it was unusable. We did like the overall vibe!

Only complaint is that the sites are very close together, so privacy is hard to find outside of your camper. Otherwise, it's well-kept and decent with a friendly staff and good entertainment. The musical duo Emberland are terrific!

We like the Nashville KOA because it is close to the attractions such as downtown and the Grand ole Opry. The shuttle service to downtown is great. Check in was quick and easy. It was a little chilly during our time there so we didn't get to enjoy many of the amenities, such as the pool and hot tub. Our site was nice and the coach fit perfectly. This is our go-to park.

We have been visiting KOA campsites for 30 years. This is one of the most beautiful! Friendly staff, very clean sanitary facilities and sites, impressive pool, evening singing performances and much more. The shuttle service to and from downtown is also very convenient. Martin, Buchholz, Germany

This was the 4th time renting a cabin from you and it won't be our last. We have a camper, but we prefer on our trips to Nashville, to just stay in a cabin. We tell everyone we know to stay with you.

This park is excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful and the park is very well maintained. Lots of activities and I especially enjoyed music at the pool. The only issue was the laundry room. Not enough washers and dryers for the size of the park and several washers were out of service causing a backup to get laundry done. Would definitely stay again. So close to attractions and shopping.

We had a wonderful time! It is a very beautiful campground, very friendly and helpful staff, and tons of activities and things to do! The showers could use some improvement especially the water pressure when you’re in the shower and someone else draws on the water. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Nashville!

Like downtown shuttle, location and normal koa amenities. This park lacked attention to detail. Roads, gardens and laundry were not to standard. Didn’t use bathhouses. I would have thought this Nashville resort koa would have wow factor. Would go back. Park just needs some love!

I was very disappointed to pay so much nightly for a park that chooses to do road repair on the interior roads while people are camping there. Close that part. It was extremely LOUD early in the morning. We had friends staying in a cottage and they were parking the equipment right next to them. Very loud. Half of the washers and dryers were out of order. Other than those , great stay.

Great location and campsites very well maintained. Friendly staff but communication between staff seems to struggle. Upon our arrival I check in and was told to wait for an employee to escort us to our site. Waited 10 min and no one showed up so we decided to venture to our spot alone. Enjoyed the whole weekend and chose to head down town for dinner on our last night before having a bonfire. We paid and asked for wood to be delivered while we were gone, due to coming back after office ours. Arrive at campsite to have our fire and there was no wood. Was refunded for the mistake the next morning and told the afternoon staff had done that to multiple times to different campers. Shower house was also luke warm and very hard to close some of the doors making shower choices limited.

Enjoyed my stay! Shower/bathrooms were nice! The RV crowd needs to walk their dogs away from camp/ cabin sites where barking becomes a nuisance! Very nice having a shuttle service to get in and out of town for a great time!
