Property was great. Lots to do on site and in the area Cabin was very nice and clean. Staff certainly takes care of their guests. Thanks fir making our visit so awesome

First off, KOA Nashville is conveniently close to the attractions of Nashville, such as Broadway, The Grand Ole Opry, and Nissan Stadium. Cabin R4 was great for 2 couples. It had a rustic appeal both inside and out. There were sufficient amenities to prepare meals. The outdoor grill and the fire pit were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying in a cabin at the KOA.

Couldn’t be happier with the staff . During the recent tornado warnings they did everything to make our stay safe and informed. This campground is just wonderful. We get to travel a lot and the Nashville KIA is on top of the list as our favorite. We will be back again soon

This was our second stay here, we came back for the atmosphere and great location. Plenty of activities on site for the kids and poolside music was a bonus. Clean, well stocked, and friendly staff!

We stayed in the deluxe cabin for 3 nights. It was clean, cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and snack bar. Everyone was pleasant and there was lots to do!

Enjoyed the little cabin we rented, it was clean and good for our needs. Next time we go, we're going to check into some of the bigger ones if they're available. They are all cute, comfy and great for those little getaways.

Great place to stay. Loved the shuttle. Wish there was an option to keep luggage if had a late flight or early and late check in for cabins.

We had previously camped there in September 2023. We came anticipating making reservations again for September when we will be back in Nashville; however, much of our experience this past week gives us pause. The cabin has a musty smell and lots of aunts. A couple soft spots in the floor and I asked for a toaster and never got one. The mini fridge shelf would fall off everytime you opened it. The bed was comfy though and stocked with towels and toilet paper. The shuttle was very convenient to downtown and the pool was nice and clean. P4 cabin definitely needs some attention.

Love the resort. Cabin P01 has sunrise IN THE CABIN at 6am- so got zero sleep for 3 nights- need window covering! Also need a fire safe door knob- double door knobs requiring concurrent operation is a fire hazard for sure- very inconvenient.

We arrived at 1:30 on Sunday. Checked to see if we could check in early. Our Cabin was not ready, but we were told it would be ready by 3:00, maybe a couple minutes after. We totally understood, so we went to lunch. Came back at 3:24. was told our cabin still was not ready, had not even been started. We were upset about this, was planning on catching the 4:00 shuttle. Manager was rude.

Twas LOVELY!!! The campgrounds, beautiful and so many activities. The people and staff, so friendly. Bathrooms are nice and clean, with mid but hot showers! Amazing stay for the price, the non deluxe cabin was so cute n quaint. Just overall a really welcoming, and fun stop! We wish we booked more KOAs on our trip but definitely in the future!!!

Our stay was great! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Campsite was clean with lots of things to do. We used the shuttle to downtown which was super convenient!

The shower/tubing fixtures very loose. Floors were dirty very sticky spot in front of fridge when I wiped area the cloth was black. TVs in both bedrooms would be great. Pool area is a amazing. I would definitely come back. Love koa cabins

This was the 4th time renting a cabin from you and it won't be our last. We have a camper, but we prefer on our trips to Nashville, to just stay in a cabin. We tell everyone we know to stay with you.

We would normally bring our RV but decided to try the cabins this time. We had a group of 12, so we rented 3 cabins which were fantastic. Breakfast at the cafe was excellent as well.

Nashville KOA was excellent. It’s the best KOA we’ve ever experienced. Everything including check-in, accommodations, services, personnel, and amenities exceeded our expectations.

Very convenient to get downtown by shuttle. Was super close to the Grand Ole Opry. And loved the on site entertainment with Tia Ortiz and Velvet Rodeo

Facilities are great, love the consistent offerings of activities and live music (only wish it were a little more clear earlier in advance about what times/days certain activities would be held so we could plan ahead) - 2nd time staying and would do so again. It does seem to be getting rather expensive, however, and the KOA Rewards program doesn't go far enough incentivizing more/longer stays.

Super clean cabin convenient to both the office and the shower house. Reasonable rate. We arrived around midnight and no trouble checking ourselves in, and checkout the next morning was quick and easy - super nice folks!

Loved our stay. We rented a cabin and really enjoyed the experience. BBQ every evening instead of restaurant food was great. We will definitely be back.

I was a walk in,I arrived an hr b4 check in time,I thought I could find something to do while I waited the hr for the cabin to be cleaned&then the ADDITIONAL 45 min...Maybe I could wait OUTSIDE my cabin on the patio? John told me rudely I could NOT? Nobody, John included apologized for his rudeness! KINDNESS anyone? 2 other golf cart KOA guys were very sweet & helpful,I wish I knew their names!

The cabin was clean. The shuttle to and from Nashville was very convenient. The blind on the door stayed open so we hung a sheet from the bunk bed up for privacy. I would recommend some plates, silverware and a serving tray for when you use the grill. The triangle window above the door needs a curtain or blind to block the light in the morning. We used the extra pillows to block the light.

We were totally not expecting what we got, it was such a beautiful park, great staff, our cabin accomodations were beyond what we expected, beautiful spotless clean with everything we needed...cant wait to come again, easy shuttle to get to broadway or opry area

We were there to attend the buyer's workshop- that in and of itself was a great experience. This was our first time staying in a deluxe cabin. It was well worth the money. Actually gives us ideas for our pending purchase in to the franchise. Enjoyed the weekend, the accommodations and the new friends.

Great location and campsites very well maintained. Friendly staff but communication between staff seems to struggle. Upon our arrival I check in and was told to wait for an employee to escort us to our site. Waited 10 min and no one showed up so we decided to venture to our spot alone. Enjoyed the whole weekend and chose to head down town for dinner on our last night before having a bonfire. We paid and asked for wood to be delivered while we were gone, due to coming back after office ours. Arrive at campsite to have our fire and there was no wood. Was refunded for the mistake the next morning and told the afternoon staff had done that to multiple times to different campers. Shower house was also luke warm and very hard to close some of the doors making shower choices limited.

Enjoyed my stay! Shower/bathrooms were nice! The RV crowd needs to walk their dogs away from camp/ cabin sites where barking becomes a nuisance! Very nice having a shuttle service to get in and out of town for a great time!
