So very pleased with the cabin and the sights at the KOA. We were attending our granddaughter’s wedding and able to have our immediate family with us. The four great grandchildren were always busy with so many things to do. A very nice spot for making many family memories. Thank you to all your kind staff.

The staff was helpful. The facilities were clean. Grounds were well kept. My only complaint was that the pool was cold (I could’ve sworn I read somewhere that it was heated:) and the event hall didn’t have a restroom but not a big deal. I would definitely recommend this KOA for reunions or other gatherings. Overall great stay!

The cabin had no kitchenware but grill utensils not sure how they expected the campers to eat the food cooked.

It’s was great , all the staff on the golf carts that would check on us while sitting outside was nice .Bill was funny. Cabins were great only issue was the floor in the living room and shower had soft spots. We definitely will come back to visit . Perfect shuttles to downtown.

We recently sold our RV and stayed in a "luxury" cabin because we like the park. We were disappointed and will not rent a cabin in the future. Coffee maker was provided but no cups. Bathroom door would not latch or stay closed. Shower valve needs work. No hot water to sink. BBQ grill was provided but no utensils for its use. Had we known all of this, we would have stayed in a hotel instead of KOA

The shuttle service to the Downtown area was great. The facilities at the KOA were well maintained and clean.

Air conditioners were visibly dirty. a light blocking decal on the window was peeling, allowing light from a street lamp to enter the bedroom, impacting sleep quality.

We've stayed with you many times, we were in a cabin with one bath, bunks and a full/queen bed....nice enough, but hot water ran out, cold shower on Sat and would not be fixed until between 8 and 9 on Sunday, which was too late for us to shower as we had to be on the road early...disappointing that I paid for a cabin w/ water/bath and couldn't use it. more hooks and lower mirror would b nice, too

We really loved it there..we did have a problem with our golf cart we rented We rented a golf cart for $98 dollars..the problem with that is we were told it was charged..30 mins after we rented it..it wasn't completely dead..me and my granddaughter didn't know what to do..we had to charge it at the Rv lodging next door to KOA..I wasn't real happy ..we lost three hours of it.

Stayed in the deluxe cabins and loved the experience. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Cabins were well equipped. Only suggestion would be a luggage drop area for guest that fly in and use the cabins for pre and post stay.

After anreiving ay our cabin we noticed the light in the loft not working. Someone came but couldn’t fix it till next day. No one came. No one called.The cabin was NOT cleaned properly. We found TWO sets of contact lenses laying on the couch arm and head. No one has called me back from the message I left about it. The shower had an old shaver left in it . We had a wonderful 5 day stay, the cabin was cozy and just right for what we needed, staff and people around us were friendly and helpful, and the highlight was the many choices of activities for the kids, they had a blast!

The staff made it easy for us to check-in after hours due to delayed flights. We had a few lights that were burnt out in the main room of the cabin. They were quick to come and fix the problem with the utmost kindness and smiles. The grounds were kept clean and the activities were plentiful for all ages. Thanks again Nashville KOA Staff!

Need more friendly staff. No prices on lots of items in gift shop. Pool supposed to open at 0800, didn’t open till after 1030. Nothing done on actual Mother’s Day, Sunday. Cabin very clean. No silverware though.

The deluxe cabin was perfect for us. We had 5 couples that were staying in motor homes. The squeaky mattress was our only complaint. Every time someone moved it squeaked.

First off, KOA Nashville is conveniently close to the attractions of Nashville, such as Broadway, The Grand Ole Opry, and Nissan Stadium. Cabin R4 was great for 2 couples. It had a rustic appeal both inside and out. There were sufficient amenities to prepare meals. The outdoor grill and the fire pit were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying in a cabin at the KOA.

Couldn’t be happier with the staff . During the recent tornado warnings they did everything to make our stay safe and informed. This campground is just wonderful. We get to travel a lot and the Nashville KIA is on top of the list as our favorite. We will be back again soon

This was our second stay here, we came back for the atmosphere and great location. Plenty of activities on site for the kids and poolside music was a bonus. Clean, well stocked, and friendly staff!

We stayed in the deluxe cabin for 3 nights. It was clean, cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and snack bar. Everyone was pleasant and there was lots to do!

Enjoyed the little cabin we rented, it was clean and good for our needs. Next time we go, we're going to check into some of the bigger ones if they're available. They are all cute, comfy and great for those little getaways.

The cabin has a musty smell and lots of aunts. A couple soft spots in the floor and I asked for a toaster and never got one. The mini fridge shelf would fall off everytime you opened it. The bed was comfy though and stocked with towels and toilet paper. The shuttle was very convenient to downtown and the pool was nice and clean. P4 cabin definitely needs some attention.
