Adhering to the Check-In/Check-Out Policy will allow the staff to prep the site for your arrival. While we try to accommodate early arrivals, there are behind the scenes cleanings that take place so the site is ready. If you would like to check in early, or have a late departure, please call in advance to verify availability.  (Fees apply)

All guests, customers of and visitors to Panama City Beach KOA recognize, understand, accept and authorize any pictures or videos containing their images or those of minors with them, taken by or for Panama City Beach KOA, to be the sole property of Panama City Beach KOA, and may be used for lawful promotional purposes.  Images may be edited, changed and/or copied, and may be used for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for lawful purposes.  Guests, customers and visitors will not be entitled to and waive any right to payment, royalty, or any sort of charge or compensation with regard to the usage of their images, and release all rights to any, but not limited to, claims, rights, demands, and/or any causes of action by them or their representatives, heirs or anyone else.

CANCELLATIONS

• Your campsite or accommodation reservation is guaranteed through the payment of a deposit equal to at least your first night's stay charged to your credit/debit card when your reservation is made.
  
• Campsites/accommodations are not reserved without a deposit.
  
• Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
  
• If you need to cancel any of your reservations, you must call us or come in before the following deadlines to receive a deposit refund, less a cancellation fee; text/email notification is not accepted.
  
• Not calling or coming in to cancel/no-show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
  
• There is no cancellation fee for a reservation cancelled the same day it is made for reservations made at least seven days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  
• Reservations made after deadlines require non-refundable deposits.
  

Regular RV Sites & all Tent Sites: 48 hour cancellation notice is required. The reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $10.00 cancellation fee, if the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to 2:00 pm central time on the reservation arrival date; there will be no refund issued if the reservation is cancelled with less notice.
Deluxe RV Sites & Lodging: Fourteen (14) days cancellation notice required prior to scheduled arrival date; 28 days cancellation notice required for Memorial, Independence & Labor Day Holidays (Holidays start on the Friday before the legal holiday date and end on the day after).  The cancellation fee by the fourteen (14) day deadline is $25.00.

VIP KOA Rewards holders:  We will waive your $10.00 reservation cancellation fee if you call to cancel your regular RV or tent site by 2:00 pm two days before your scheduled arrival.  There are no cancellation fee waivers for deluxe RV sites, premium tent sites or lodging.

Early Departures: There are no refunds for early departures. We have that space available for you for the entire time you have reserved it.

All visitors must register at the Kampstore during business hours and pay the visitor fee before going to the registered guests' site.  If you have local family and friends that want to drop something off for you, please meet them in front of the store. All vehicles need to be parked at your registered campsite and not in any vacant site or on the grass. If there is not room for additional vehicles, please ask a staff member as to where you may park.  Any unregistered vehicles/guests will be considered trespassing and be asked to leave immediately.

Washers and dryers are all Credit/Debit and app controlled. Our laundry room is open 24/7 for guest convenience. Inside the laundry room is also a snack vending machine.

All dogs must be on a leash at all times, with a human at the other end. All pet waste must be picked up immediately, those observed not picking up the pet waste will be subject to a $100 fine and/or eviction from the park. Please do not leave your pet unattended outside for any reason at any time. Pets are not allowed in the cabins, bathhouse, laundry room, store or pool areas.

To encourage positive treatment of our deluxe cabins, a $200 refundable cleaning/damage deposit and a $25 key deposit are required at the time of booking.  Damages, if the unit smells of smoke, if excessive cleaning required, and/or missing items will be held from the deposit; the balance, if any, will be refunded after the units condition is checked by our Housekeeping staff after check-out, between 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.    We would much rather have our lodging kept in great condition and gladly refund your deposit in full rather than the alternative.  Thank you!

We are brand new and our pool is awaiting its final inspection.
We hope to be open May 1 through October - 8:00am-Dusk daily. Pool use is limited to registered guests only.

Due to limited parking on the property we kindly ask that you keep your vehicles within your site on the designated parking spaces and not parked on the side of the roads, on the grass, or in vacant sites nearby. Our irrigation System runs directly beside our concrete pads, please take care to stay on the roadways as well as the concrete parking space.

Trash will be picked up at the sites from 9:45-10:15AM daily. Please place it at the end of your site. If you forget, please utilize the dumpsters located in the front of the park. We have a set time for trash pick up so we aren't constantly picking up trash all day as well as keeping the possibility of attracting critters to a minimum.

We sell kiln dried firewood in the Kampstore and we offer free site delivery. Fire-pits are available to be checked out at the Kampstore for a $20 rental fee. As we all try to do our part as to not transport harmful invasive species from one place to another, please respect this everywhere you go!

Privately owned golf carts must have proof of insurance submitted to the office before they can be used on site. All operators must follow the posted speed limits, stay on the roadways, have a licensed driver and not be impaired. Any and all violations of our golf cart rules will forfeit your rights to use the cart on premises.

PLEASE NOTE: Golf Carts are not allowed out on Panama City Beach Parkway.

Vehicles on the premises need to display a hang tag in the rear view mirror.  Any vehicle found on property without being registered will be considered trespassing and will be asked to leave immediately.

Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be found on and around this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Panama City Beach KOA Holiday is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damages to persons or property.
