REally enjoyed our stay. The campground was comprehensive, having everything we needed. Especially liked the doggie bathing station. It was not full at all, which I loved. Suspect in high season it might be a bit crowded and noisy as it's a very large campground, but our stay there was lovely.

Exceptional park for a family with kids, not for people with no kids. When booking we asked for a site so we could use our satellite dish. They put us on the north side of the biggest tree in the park. It also dropped sap all over our vehicles. The park was full on the weekend with over 300 kids running wild. Great park for families with alot of activities, but not for us.

A power issue at the campsite forced us to leave early. However, the KOA team deserves major kudos, particularly Dustin. He spent almost two hours troubleshooting to avoid any inconvenience for us. While the problem was bigger than anticipated, they provided a full refund without question. Their excellent customer service truly shone despite the unfortunate power outage.

Enjoyed our stay. Campsite was roomy and woodsy. Staff was great! Level of noise in the park at night was very low (no highways nearby).

We stayed 3 nights. it’s during their off-season, so there was only a handful of other campers. We’ve stayed here before during the summer great place for families lots of things for the kids to do The campground is clean and friendly.

Arrived without a reservation, very nice staff that checked us in and advised us about the campground. Nice wide site. It was very quiet, clean and safe. We met friends there and had a very pleasant stay. We’ll be back twice more this summer with our baby grands!!

We had a nice stay. I liked how the staff seems out daily text messages about activity and maintenance events. The KOA is clean and has a heated pool, spa, playground and close to the ocean/beach. The only complaint I have was the Internet signal and Wi-Fi. We had to drive to the front office/store to make phone calls and the Wi-Fi was not the best.

Amazing stay! Great hospitality! Only downside is the pillow jump was down for maintenance and that’s what my kids look forward to the most.

This is a very nice campground to enjoy the outdoors and local shopping. This campground is great for families with children of all ages. The activities for children is outstanding. The grounds are very well maintained and clean at all times. The staff is very friendly and caring to ensure that your stay is comfortable and memorable.

Staff always available. Site very clean I even was prepared to sweep under lawn chairs they were already done. Bath/shower rooms clean. Beautiful Stay!

Wonderful location. My only complaint is that despite daily text messages, that when the WiFi was down for over 8 hours, there was no communication about what was going on. When I went to the office to inquire, they didn't know and I was handed a card for an outside service provider. That service provider said that they had sent the camp an email saying it was down. AT&T service is minimal at best

Lots of activities for kids, staff was very friendly. Super clean campground. Close enough to Monterey and Santa Cruz and many beaches for a quick day trip. Bring your suit pool and hot tub are nice to jump in even on a rainy weekend.

The sites and campgrounds were clean, and everyone was very friendly. The kids loved having wifi, full hookups, and the pool/hot tub. The location was perfect for us to go to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk one day and into Monterey the next. Will definitely be staying again.

This was our first time staying, our particular site was cramped for our trailer. We stayed in site 27 and with a 30’ trailer with one slide. With the arrangement of the hedges, we could not setup chairs outside or deploy our awning without encroaching on the adjacent site. There was no site given at the time of booking either. Most other sites had more width and could have fit our trailer le

We were very disappointed with the inability to hook up to internet and get the tv channels, we had someone come to our Rv , he apparently did not know what to do. Each year we come and the same problem exists with your internet. Hope you get the problem fixed soon as we had work to do on. Also the campsite next to us broke the water line and our campsite was flooded #40. No compensated offered.

Our grandchildren had a wonderful time. The big balloon trampoline was a huge hit. The sites are nice and staff was very friendly.

Bouncing pillow was deflated the entire time. Pool was closed 1/2 of Saturday. We were only there from Friday-Sunday! Not much for the kids this time... Encanto was not set up straight, could hardly hear the movie.

LOVE this KOA! It's our home base for weekender trips in our RV. Friendly staff, nice and clean, great amenities. Love the themed weekends, and holiday celebrations.

This is a very nice KOA and definitely a KOA type experience. We checked in quickly and our spot was adequate for our van. The showers in the morning were good but could have been a bit cleaner. That is why the four star rating...
