We stayed there for a soccer tournament that weekend. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean and well put together. We needed a late checkout on Sunday and they were very accommodating.

Seems our spot was covered in puddles from heavy rain the day before. Kind of a bummer but not much KOA could do. This place is the best; friendly and accommodating staff, plenty of room for each spot and clean and functioning restrooms not to mention lots of space for kids to play and dogs to roam. We will be back!

Nice campground. Road layout is terrible. Sewer drain needs to be relocated. Can’t believe how many sewer drains in all the parks I’ve been to require you to run wastewater uphill.

I had to get off the highway because of high winds and heavy rain. The staff at this KOA were so helpful and caring. They were able to give me a nice spot away from trees which made me feel safer. There were nice grassy areas to walk the dog. I only stayed 1 night. I was grateful to have a nice place to wait out the storm.

Been here in the past, very well maintained. Building more spaces which will be nice. The city installed a walking path that starts at the RV park which is great

Very friendly staff who helped me with a broken screw on my trailer skirt. Under some construction but not an issue. Easy on and off from the freeway it not noisy.

The Sheridan KOA sits right off the freeway, so was easy to find. It is a nice, treed park, and connects to an extensive walking trail. The bathroom/showers were immaculate. We had a great stay in Sheridan.

Easy in and out with super large site for our motorhome and towed vehicle. Very clean bathrooms and the staff was welcoming. A large truck stop is just across the interstate which made it easy to fuel up.

We arrived in late winter and they were open! Yeah! It was out first time cold weather trailering. Easy check-in, very reasonable rates, nicely appointed campground with easy access to town. Thanks for the very nice time!

Winter season and the campground lets you self check-in. Awesome feature. Water was on, power on and internet is awesome. Theyvare adding a whole new section that should be amazing for winter time.

We were having issues with the water hook-up and Stacey was very responsive and helpful making sure we had water and even offered to unlock the bathrooms (it was winter) for us if the water couldn't get working.

Stacey and Matt were awesome! We had trouble with our fifth wheel jacks and slide outs. Matt and his kids, along with Stacey provided whatever we needed!

Wonderful stay at Sheridan/Big Horn KOA! We are fulltimers and we're dodging storms and weather on our way to KOA and Stacey was very understanding and accommodating due to changing our arrival date! Workampers were friendly and responsive! Very clean laundry area and very reasonable prices! Propane on site as well. Loved the walking paths and utilized them everyday. Highway is right next door but did not bother us...not real busy overnight. They are adding on which is great for the area! Would stay again!

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.
