WE like to re-cycle plastic and glass but, was amazed to find out that KOA doesn't re-cycle anymore. Suggest that KOA resume re-cycling.

Thank you for staying with us. South Padre Island currently does not offer any recycling pick up service that we have been able to find. Recycling is very important to us as well. We are continuing to request that the service be restored as an option for island businesses.

Nice place but so many grass burrs where you walk your dogs. Spaces are close together. Maintained well. We tripped over the water pipe and fell on our site as it was sticking up in the middle of division between spots and hard to see at night. Close to everything in S. Padre

Had a great stay and look forward to returning. That said, lots of dog poop around. Maybe put up signs and poop sack stations.

I stayed 6 months and enjoyed my stay tremendously. It was fun getting to meet the new employees and see the previous ones as well. I walk a lot and love to do evening walks. Bruce and Jerry Ann were always looking after me and making sure I returned home safe. Dottie was very helpful in the office. I had an issue with overgrown weeds and Bruce took care of it immediately. Concern: false recycling

This was our first time to be on SPI. Staying at the KOA was a wonderful experience. All of the staff were friendly and willing to help. They made rounds all morning picking up trash. When we arrived at the park, they led us to our site and assisted spotting in on the site. Swimming pool was in excellent shape and clean.We stayed one month at the park. We are making future plans for another trip.

The Office staff was always very helpful. The Amenities are 'Top Shelf"! Cleanest bathrooms with plenty of Hot Water.

Everything great as always. Would suggest to conisder a gym, weight room. As well better wifi, signal is not great and keeps disconnecting. That would make stay complete.

Park pool and hot tub need to be updated and sites are tricky getting into and out of with big units. Overall nice park and great Location.

We stayed 4 nights. Park is clean, bathrooms very good! Very dog friendly. Easy to get in and out.

I am so glad I get the opportunity to take this survey because one way or the other I was going to let you know just how amazing of a time we had at the KOA in South Padre number one in my books was the customer service; from the time we pulled up and met Dottie at the front desk till the time we left, the staff were so friendly, courteous, and there if you needed anything! Campground immaculate!

We have wintered there for the past 7 years. The new manager, Kristi is doing wonderful things at SPI. The park has never looked better or been as clean. New table and chairs on the Sunset Deck, pool and some patios look great. Looking forward to our return next winter.

The staff are wonderful, polite and helpful. The sight was okay. Not level for the RV, and the dog walk at our site was full of stickers. But we can njoyed ourselves and would stay ahain

Site numbers were not easy to find. Sewer hook up required 3 hoses to attach to. In ground piping was exposed. Light on electric box did not work. Otherwise, the site was nice and the area very nice.

Linda was amazing! She was very helpful!!! We had trouble with our slides not coming in and Linda and her manager were very understanding and went out of their way to accommodate us!!!

First time staying at this KOA in beautiful SPI. Manager on duty Dottie made us feel welcomed right from the get go. Was escorted to our leveled very clean site. Our brief stay there was very relaxing and pleasant. Would highly recommend staying at SPI KOA. The daily communication via text messaging about upcoming activities was very welcomed.

Very well-kept KOA. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were at site 31, which are pull-throughs for smaller trailers. We have a little 13' teardrop, and we had more than enough space. The pool was well-maintained and other guests were friendly. Really loved that the restrooms near us were individual, so it was more like using a restroom at someone's home. Will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at this KOA. Only downside was a bit tight especially for big rigs, such as, 45’ motorhomes!

It was quite and a friendly atmosphere. Staff was friendly. I love the escort we get upon arrival so you do not have to search for your space. 5star rating. We were put in a smaller space than the one I reserved I think that was a computer error. Evening staff worked on resolving that issue immediately, we were put us in a bigger space for our bumper pull. Definitely will stay there again.

Sites are on the smaller side and the roads are on the narrow side. The campground is doing some upgrades and is very clean.

Dottie is the BEST, sweetest, most positive, welcoming, accommodating, helpful & gracious KOA person I've ever met! She is the sparkling star of SPI! Can't wait to return to SPI & stay at the KOA Holiday!

Winter Texan here. We stayed six months in our class A RV. So many pluses: beach time, walking, local restaurants, shopping, and a front row seat for all the SpaceX launches. The staff are friendly and helpful: management is looking out for the campers and the campground. Need some help? Just ask. I especially appreciated the evening staff: Jerry Ann and Bruce always make me feel safe after dark. Thanks to everyone!
