Too many trailers jammed in together. More space between would have made all the difference in the world. Our neighbour's awning was 2” from our slide, therefore absolutely no personal space. The showers were filthy. We had been on the road all day & just wanted to relax but lawn mower noi Since leaving we have stayed at 2 independent RV parks and have had a much more pleasant experience.

The staffs were ok. The park is unkempt with grass uncut with dog poo hiding inside, garbage piled into corners, dog park was so unclean, & road leading into & RV spaces so tight. We have been KOA member since 2011 & we weren't refunded for the two nights when we decided to leave early for Salt Lake City KOA.. it's sad. The swimming pool is murky with lots of garbage inside.

A few years ago I rated this KOA at 5 stars. My family and I have stayed here the last 3 years and it was shocking how much it had changed. From what I could tell, more than half the campers in the park are residents. The cabins have external damage. There are weeds overgrown all throughout the park. And i witnessed one of the workers screaming/cussing at his child. We wont be back.

Sites on three rows are very close together. There are a lot of long term families. A lot of the long term sites are trashy. Our neighbors were very loud at 3 am one morning, and also at 1:30 am another morning. It reminded me of a "trailer park" instead of an rv campground. The facilities are tidy, and clean, and the staff is friendly. However, we will not return to this KOA.

We stayed here for one night in a motorhome and the sites are very nice despite being quite close together. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Location was very good. Laundry area was very good. The pull-thru sight was easy to get in and out of and the utilities worked fine. Appreciated the wide areas of grass for pets and bag dispensers. It was a quiet campground at night. The only thing is the campground looks a messy. Many people living there and many rv's are very cluttered and children not supervised.

The store/office closed at 3:30. Maybe this isn’t typical. The laundry/showers area smelled like a sewer. A group of kids ran in and out of the restrooms/laundry area while we were washing one load of clothes, slamming doors so many times that we lost count. Someone started a fire in a pit, close to the basketball court and left it unattended while kids were playing basketball.

Too many unmaintained full timer spots that were cluttered and dirty. Trucks parked randomly in spots that made it difficult to navigate bigger rigs through. Too bad, since we usually count on KOA being a bit nicer. I don’t have a problem with older rigs and full timers but when some have tarps over them, overgrown weeds and cluttered with junk, it makes me uneasy about the stay. Won’t ret

We love staying here every time we are in the Salt Lake Area. It’s safe and everyone is super friendly. However this last time we went to use the showers with our hot water heater on the fritz. All of the bathrooms were awful smelling of mold and wet dog. There was hair and dirt tracked thru half of them. I know it’s off season. Wasn’t a great experience and wasn’t able to shower for the p

Sites very close together. If we had used the picnic table someone would have been right next to the neighbor's car and it was right under their windows as well as right next to their hookups. Huge RV on other side so close it looked right into our windows. Bathrooms in need of attention and repair. Mostly long-term campers. There was grass for my dog. Pleasant staff, mountain views beautiful.

Very nice location, right off the freeway. The lulling noise of that road is there as background all night. The high voltage lines will buzz to create a sound like rain all night as well. Very close to Maverick and Sinclair, both are large rig accessible. Close to Denny's too. Really easy site access, larger waiting area for check-in. Very nice clubhouse with games. While booking over the phone 1 hour prior to arrival, we were told that the 10+ sites around us would be vacant and that the campground itself was quite empty. We arrived to a very full campground and immediate neighbors. One of which was covered in tarps and appeared to have a leak in their black water line, creating a very foul smell at our site. The bathrooms locked at 8pm and there was no wifi

This place has gone downhill. We used to be able to put up with the older park tight spots and the highway noise but not anymore. The entire park needs to be repaved. The grass hasn't been cut. A lot of the sites are occupied by full time residents and many are using two spots. One for their RV and the second for their vehicles. People walk through sites. And whats that smell in the laundry room?

We came into town with electrical issues and were put into a spot that was just repaired. Devin, the maintenance mgr. Came around many times to assist me. He was able to suggest a mobile repair man and we left fully operational. Thank you KOA SPRINFIELD

Host deserves a 10. Totally accommodating and friendly. Sites are tight. Pulling out with a long rig is tricky. Restrooms are great but day to day cleanliness was lacking. Laundry was awesome.

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
