A two night get away to enjoy Cody and all the great things to do and see. Cody KOA was perfect base camp. Clean, good amenities and a lot of fun.

I showed up late without a reservation (even though I thought I had made one). I was treated so nicely! She was able to get us into a cabin—thank goodness, since we had just driven 5 hours. The cabin was strangely designed and under-equipped (no sheets or toilet paper, etc.), but we made it work. Beggers can't be choosers! The staff here are so nice and helpful! Yummy pancakes!

The staff was the best so far on our vacation. The pancakes and sausage were really good. The grounds and facilities were well maintained. The staff was always working on projects to improve our experience.

Internet was not reliable. Cable TV did not work. Noisy if you have a spot near the road. Nice laundry facilities. They recycle (yay!)

Decent place but falls short of 5 stars. Try to select your site as some are very close to each other. I was surprised with a $3 “pet fee” on top of a $5 per day “facility fee”. Not sure what my $80 per nite site fee covered! Nice big dog park if you travel with pets. Pancake breakfast is a nice touch. Nice amenities such as pool and nice clothes washing facility.

The Koa is about 2 miles from the center of Cody. You will need a car to get there. This Koa is well maintained. Friendly people at the reception and pancakes in the morning. Rest rooms are clean.

The facilities were clean and cozy. Our kids loved the play area and the family room! We would definitely like to go back!

This KOA had ample laundry facilities, great mountain views and a super helpful staff. I had ordered some supplies from Amazon that should have arrived my first day of my 3 day stay. There were delays, the staff went above and beyond on my last day, checking mail and even delivering the items just as we were pulling out. It was really appreciated.

We loved the cabin we stayed in. It was very clean and full of the basics you'd need while there. However, we were not given their offer of a free night after paying for one, so that was frustrating. Although it's on their website for "cabins," they claim it's for the regular cabins, not the deluxe—the webpage does not say that. Watch your bill!

We spent a week at the campground and used it as a base to do day trips. It was a great location for our exploring. The park was well maintained. The showers had good pressure and temperature. Staff were prompt to help and knowledgeable about things to see and do in the area. We highly recommend the Buffalo Bill Centre of the West and the Heart Mountain Interpretive Center.

Great views! Great service! Heated pool and a hot tub, clean showers, kids playground, basketball court and bounce pillow, close to town no major road noise. Would definitely stay here again! Best KOA we have stayed at so far! Used as our base camp for Yellowstone!

Stayed here end of May 2024 through Memorial Day weekend Pull-through FHU 50 amp. Gravel pad with grass patio area and fire pit . Would stay again—Yes The following are things that are important to us and up to you to assess if they matter to you. They are what we witnessed and measurable accounts vs using just an opinion. ---------------- $85/night Stayed 14 nights Site #D3 Campground WiFi: -Good campground wifi and able to work on vpn Cell/hotspot using booster: -AT&T (1 of 4 bars—4G) -Verizon (2 of 4 bars—4G) Details: General: Nice campground and friendly atmosphere overall. Check-in: KOA is always super easy for office check-in. Sites: Long pull-through sites available. Campground Road: Gravel. Grounds: Clean and kept up well. Bathrooms/Showers: Nice and new facilities. Stall showers and comfortable. Laundry: Newish washers and dryers in a nice building. Amenities: Pancakes each morning att no charge which is really nice for a campground to offer. Good large store for supplies on site. Decent pool, hot tub, playground, and game room. Location: Gas, groceries and restaurants 5 min away. Nearby: Close to Buffalo Bill State Park and a litle over an hour from East entrance of Yellowstone NP. Near highway: Yes. But not directly off of the interstate so quiet at night. Near train: Not that I can recall. Downsides: -ATVs and dirt bikes were regularly ridden throughout the campground we had some concern for kids and pets. -Locals came in on night on 5 different nights to use the pool and hot tub. Our site was in the row immediately near the pool so we saw groups of multiple vehicles come in and leave together out the exit at night.
