We checked in a deluxe cabin for Memorial Day weekend. While we were moving into our cabin we discovered it had bed bugs, Mouse droppings in the cupboards. Spoke to the front desk they apologized and said they would give a full refund including deposit . We were booked for 3 nights. We were refunded everything but our deposit. They kept it after saying it would be refunded. We did relocate.

For opening for the season in April , the Topeka cabin was dirty. Dirt on ceiling and on stove. We couldn't take a shower due to dirty and disgusting tub.Missing vertical blinds on door so we had to hang a sheet so neighbors wouldn't see in. Cabin smelled and there was a big white air filter machine or something constantly running inside cabin .You could see outside through door frame on deck.

We stayed for a volleyball tournament. Got a delux cabin. Cabin was very clean, great water pressure in shower. The mini fridge was a huge help. Staff was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating for a late arrival. Had wood delivered to site. Only downside for us, we were next to playground and you could see the gas station light from our porch. We will stay again next year!

It is a very nice KOA close to many fun attractions! The cabin was comfortable and clean.

I was very disappointed with the size of the tv in the cabin. It was so small and so far up, I felt like I needed binoculars to watch it. The staff we saw were friendly. Everything was pretty much closed since it was the start of the season.

Clean & quiet stay. This was my 3rd time there & 2nd in a Kabin. I’ll be back in the spring on the way to my KOA job in New Hampshire.

I wasn't planning on staying and was feeling like I needed a stop before the long drive hime returning from Illinois to Michigan. It was a great place to rest and recharge. I wasn't planning on camping so I didn't do the whole outside sitting by the fire. My asthma flare was able to be controlled and I traveled safely home with a stop in Shipshewana on the way.

Perfect, the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We had to take our RV into service on an emergency during our stay and they switched us into a campground so we would not be homeless. The campsites are large and for the most part level. Hard gravel pull throughs made it easy to level our #20,000 fifth wheel.

I’ve stayed in lots of KOA cabins and know what to expect. This was a bad exp. My fire pit and grill hadn’t been cleaned out in a long time. The office closes early. Like 5 or 530… No rounds or enforcement of quiet hours. Which was the main problem. Behind me the primitive campers partied loudly till 11 and in the cabin next to me had 6 who partied and played loud mariachi music until after.

We were in town for an event, and made arrangements to check into our cabin at night. Unfortunately, because the buildings are not marked properly, we were unable to enter and stay in the cabin. We had rented so we were forced to drive home. Extremely disappointing that we spent money on a cabin we never got to use.

Your KOA doesn’t live up to the standards of the other KOAs cabins we stayed at, not by a long shot. I left a list of how you can improve it when we left. For starters fix the septic smell from the drains. If you advertise cable and Wi-Fi be sure they work. Have the cabin professionally cleaned. Replace all of the blinds and slider blind. Replace mattress covers and old futon.

The grounds were pretty decent. The fishing pond needed some weeding around it done. The cabin looked like it hadn’t had a decent cleaning in a while and it was maybe “gone over” in anticipation of our arrival. The campground did not honor our KOA rewards for a free night stay 9/8 as their site states. First I was told that’s only for RV sites, then I was told they are not participating in

Staff was friendly. The cabin we stayed in is dated, could use some repairs and the bed was noisy and sunk in the middle. TV was not connected to cable. Honestly, I'd probably would not return to stay at a cabin again. However, I would stay if we return with a RV.

VERY GOOD !!! The pool, washrooms, and camp grounds were clean, neat and well maintained. The deluxe cabin we stayed in was very clean, well stocked and well furnished. The staff were friendly ,polite, and most welcoming. They were always most helpful and took care of the campers in a most professional manner. The only downfall was the noise of the traffic on the highway nearby.

The cabins were not as well maintained as I am used to at KOA's. There were wasps or some sort of stinging insect that had made a home on the porch, the lawn area was not well maintained. The landscaping crew mowed mid-day, sending dust everywhere while I was trying to enjoy lunch on the porch. Overall, an average stay- but not the level I am used to from KOA

Staff is friendly and helpful. The rain kind of ruined our plans of playing putt putt, but it was nice to pull out our camping chairs and the porch swing and listen to the rain and talk to each other.

Very friendly staff. Well maintained. Sites typical of KOA. Stayed for one night on way west. Very quiet on a Saturday night in early May. I recommend if you need a quick overnight or a longer stay in the area.
