It was under heavy construction push before Memorial weekend and we were only warned regarding the 50amp service being intermittent. I spoke with the manager and she was very accommodating to us and we ended up not staying due to the construction. It will be a very nice resort when completed.

Park is turning into a nice park with the current construction. Staff is excellent, went to the extra effort of calling me when I left my extension cord in time for me to turn around and go back for it.

The grounds and facilities are very nice and welcoming. The lots were spacious. The pool was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay

This KOA property was making many new improvements to the sites and overall property. However, the road by the office leading to the campsites is narrow and outlined with rocks, which is difficult to see at night. Being advised to use the far-left check-in lane, would have provided a more straightforward path for larger RVs, with a toad. Thankfully, my Class B had no problems.

Staff was fantastic! Very positive and welcoming. Part of the site is under construction but this created no problems or issues. Bathrooms were very clean as was the entire location.

Booked it on line and then my husband pointed out the next day that the camp ground was under construction. I called to cancel because this would be our first time out with our never travel trailer and we wanted a good experience. The lady on the phone was not the nicest when I told her we wanted to cancel. I was hoping for a refund but never got one.

The entrance and the new streets were too narrow for a big rig. The pads were soft. The grassy area was dirt/clay, a real mess. Water hook up constantly leaked. Couldn’t sit outside due to manure smell from neighboring feed lot! The trees need trimming. Took 3 sites to be able to park. Construction railroad ties left too close to road, we damaged our rig trying to make the turn! People were nic

Even though the Interstate is close by we didn't hear a lot of noise. The campground was clean and inviting. The only improvement would be better WIFI available throughout the KOA. Thank you for hosting.

Our stay was pleasant. This KOA is working pretty hard to improve all of their facilities and will be outstanding. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff is great. The facility is quite nice A lot of upgrade and renovation going on. The sites we stayed on were in various stages of renovation, it was difficult to level the camper due to unstable surfaces. However, it’s going to be a very nice facility when they are done.

Nice and quiet campground that was close enough to Rocky Mountain NP for day trips. Easy access from I25. Very friendly staff that provided accurate local information and travel tips.

Full hookups is misleading. There was not a working dump station on site at all, which we were not told in advance. We could have used the communal facilities had we known. Ended up having to pay extra to dump at the Fort Collins KOA nearby. Was very frustrating to not be told this information up front. Website needs updated to accurately describe amenities.

Much construction; will make it a great place, but a bit disruptive right now. Great staff!! Good laundry. Dog park is tiny, and all rock. Dogs want grass, but no one was upset at those who exercised their dogs off leash. Good areas for that. Heard all KOAs going to zero scape. No grass. That will not be good, but no reflection on this park, in and of itself. Would stay again.

Ruth and her husband were very friendly and helpful. I gave 5 stars for their friendliness qnd the overlall cleanliness of the facilities. I have never stayed anywhere where the laundry room was so immaculate. This is in spite of the heavy rains we had which caused some mud. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is alot of construction going on but intrusions are minor. The asphalt put in the sites is clean but very soft and concrete would have been better. The expense probably prevents it and then asphalt is better than dusty ground. Once all the landscaping and improvements are done it will be quite nice, and we look forward to seeing it.

Low water pressure, the playground is very outdated, dogs were running around unleashed. Thankfully there was a decent sized dog run.

Came in on Sunday when office was closed and all our paperwork was outside waiting for us. The upgrade to the park is looking great.

Lovely atmosphere even while under construction. Improvements to surfacing good idea. Facilities & Grounds clean and well looked after. Nice big outdoor kitchen if needed, some unique wood carvings-good way to recycle wood into beauty! Only one night-wouldn’t hesitate to stay longer had time permitted. Staff very friendly. Lost one Star for Wifi

The workers were very friendly, The club house and rest rooms were well keept and cleand every day. We will be back many times as our family lives in Wellington The new black top was a mess not rolled down so it got tracked into the RV and all over the shoes. We will have to wate and see how it turns out. There is a lot of work to be done yet to bring it up to a good campground. Time will tell!

Very easy in and easy out campground, which is what we were looking for. They seem to be updating sites, right now it is tight getting in driveway (we had to use wxit side) and around campground. We have a 45 ft motorhome, corners and camping spots were pretty tight to maneuver our coach and park our tow vehicle. Probably when the get deluxe sites finished it would work better for us.

There appeared to be an open septic drain field right in front of my camp site. The smell was so bad I couldn't sleep in my tent I had to sleep in the car.

They logged our reservation in for the wrong day. The 50 Amp connection didn't work. They are making several improvements so hopefully it will improve in thr future.

Very nice park and decent accommodations. Unfortunately our full service spot didn't have any water that worked. We used our onboard water the first day and a half but had to move the final morning to a site that had water for showers. Not a real issue but would have been nice to know we didn't have water before we were assigned that spot.

My only complaint is No WIFI. But they said they are fixing it in June. Very nice host. Thanks for taking care of me.

A convenient place to base for the area. This park is in the middle of a lot of improvements. The site was level, the staff was helpful and friendly.
