Very nice and considerate people. We had a small problem backing in and they came and helped us. Bathrooms are very clean. Will stay there again if in the area.

Very nice campground. Staff are nice and helpful. This place is a diamond in the rough. They are working hard at many upgrades and improvements throughout. It is very evident of all the hard work. Fresh gravel throughout and level sites. They have it well signed along the road leading from the highway and once you pull into the driveway, you just say "Wow, this is a beautiful place".

A little hard to get to but worth it when you arrive. Clean grounds, buildings and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Arrived after office was closed. Registration papers in box with map ez to follow. Site was level electric water and sewer worked. Cable had just been repaired and was barely usable on site 60. Area was very quiet.

Very nice place but we did not use any amenities such as pool, laundry; just tent and electric so $60 For one night seems like a lot.

The workers there were the most friendly and helpful people I have ever experienced at a campground. The campground is well laid out and clean. The breakfast pizzas were awesome, including delivery. But they have a serious issue with poor water pressure and my cable signal was weak allowing me to only get all channels on one TV. I am not having that issue at my current campground.

This is one of our favorite KOA's. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The sites are immaculate and very spacious. We love camping here!

very kind and welcoming staff; loved that they escorted us to our campsite and had two gentleman helping us get backed in safely with our trailer; was an exceptionally clean and modern campground (sites, as well as store, washrooms, laundry facilities). We will highly recommend to others and we do hope to return ourselves!

The campground is in our view amongst the best KOA we’ve have stayed so far. The personnel is helpful and we’ve felt welcome. In general, the campsite are a bit small but the lanscaping is well designed. We particurlarly appreciated the pizza delivered at our site.

The most welcoming and hospitable campground we have ever stayed at, and our family has been camping for over 45 years! It is most evident that the owners and staff of the Harrisonburg / Shenandoah KOA do everything with great thought and care for their campers.

The water pressure was so low we had trouble rinsing dishes. We can usually handle anything for one night but not being able to shower (after paying $85.00) made this a "do not return" campground for us.

We stayed in this KOA last year and we wanted to go somewhere different each time, but after seeing how nice the grounds and the staff was, we had to come back. A BIG Reason was because of the firepit. The "Natural Rock" firepit was AWESOME!!! Our site had a HUGE rock in the back of the pit and the reflection of our fire is awesome. We'll be back next year!!! Thanks to the workers for all they do.

Site 37. Very quiet. Well groomed. Sewer hookup had 2 connecting points with a header. Office and staff very friendly and personable.

We stayed 4 nights. Beautiful campground, super clean washroom, helpful pleasant staff, and really sweet chickens!! Enjoyed every moment!!

Wonderful place to stay! The sites are nice and level so there is minimal setup. We were camping in 15 minutes. I highly recommend the KOA patio sites.

Lovely park… very friendly and helpful staff! We needed a local tech to repair our stairs and they got us hooked up… we highly recommend.

We have stayed there 5 or 6 times . The campground always sees improvement and updates everytime we are there. The bathrooms and showers are immaculately kept. Plan on coming back next week. Great place.

The cable to have access at the television channel is not functionning great. Durant 3 days it was not functionning. As for the service and all the services everything was fine.

The campground is well maintained, everything is always clean, the staff members are all very nice, we stayed for a week on an electric tent site and loved it.

Stay was great. Only problem was the cable went out and not able to repair over the weekend. That’s no big deal I don’t go camping to watch tv all day.

We had the most amazing trip in our travel trailer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Delivered firewood to our campsite, collected trash after hours, and even spoiled our son on the Hey-ey ride. We had such a great time and plan to come back to visit in the fall. We were spoiled with the on-site pizza place and they delivered right to our site! The pool was so warm and the bathrooms were very clean. We especially loved that the rv checkout time was 12p so we could enjoy one last dip in the pool before heading out. Only downsides to the trip was that the roads were not bike friendly so our son wasn't able to ride very much. Site 21 did have honey bees living in a box near the road but they did not bother us and we are not allergic.

Great campgrounds, stay here everytime WE are driving by on 81 ,usually stay 4 orc5 days . Staff goes out of their way to please you .

Our Rv spot #53 was AWESOME!!Beautiful wooden patio with table & chairs, a glider, fire pit & Adirondack chairs!Trees for shade as well.The site was clean with a nice amt.of gravel,no mud here!! We did our laundry there..it was Very Clean, which we really appreciated.They keep the campground in tip top shape.The staff are such nice people,and you can tell they like working there. Keep up the good work management & staff One of our favorite places on our 38 day trip!
