Nice park and friendly staff. We did have a barking dog by us that lasted about 3 days.

I had to change dates and I had a koa patio and they gave me a low back in with a non koa patio , but they were koa patios that was available and they lied and said there was not any I saw with my very own eyes that there was a least 5 was available and I’m a vip rewards member .

We were disappointed in our stay. The main bath house had problems during our stay. At one point, there was no hot water, another time none of the showers were draining. There were no paths other than the roads to use to get to the main bath house so people traveled through campsites.The spaces were tight and close together. The best part is the location of the campground.

The Park staff was great!! The pool, lazy river, and hot tub - great. The playground is away from the main vehicle traffic - also great. The park was neat and clean. The bath house was amazing too. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The sites are close. It was quiet even though the location was right in Pigeon Forge.

Great place to stay, close to everything. The only thing is the RV sites are to close together. We will be back. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here for 3 years now and the last two visit we have seen many issues . The cleaning of the restrooms has drastically done down . The paper towel dispenser in the ladies room has not been working for the last two Cassie’s which was at least three weeks apart . Trash us to be picked up within hours of putting it out . Now mine has sat for at least a day before someone came to get it

We stayed in a cabin and was very pleased! The campground was very clean and offered a lot of fun activities for the kids! We will definitely be back!

Very quiet, peaceful campground. Lots of activities for the kids. Bathrooms/showers clean. Only downside was that a vast majority of the sites were almost on top of each other.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is the second time that we have stayed at this location and the activities for the kids are a huge selling point. They always have so much fun at the pool and playground area. We will definitely be back!

The campground improvements are AMAZING! It’s beautiful! Site was excellent & staff was so nice as usual. It’s great to camp at this KOA because it’s central to everything! We will be back this fall & can’t wait!

We were on site 181, it backs up to a very busy loud road. In my opinion, those sites along that road shouldn’t even be a site to use. We noticed a few nice sites, but for the most part, a very crowded too close of sites campground

Enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sites were good and laid out so that there was plenty of room to enjoy being outside. Plenty of activities for children. My only wish would be for you to add more laundry facilities.

Stay was great but need to put cabin number where you can see it it's behind a bush need a long cord on light so you can turn light off and leave ceiling fan on need to put something on bottom of door so the air doesn't go out and bugs stay out.Need a outdoor water facing at all cabins Be nice if all cabins were closer to bathroom and the outdoor kitchen.Mattrass need to be thicker

The ladies in the office are wonderful, always willing to help. Our cabin was a little disappointing , it was not very clean. There was fresh urine on the outside of the toilet, which I cleaned up, that told me that a male must have been the cleaner of our unit. The floors were dirty. The entire cabin was just not very clean. Very disappointing, as we have stayed in one of the cabins before,

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. From the check-in to the escort to our campsite and offering assistance with parking the service was top notch. The campground was clean and well kept. We had a creekside spot and was very pleased with the view, the amenities on our site. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic and we will be back. Our child came down with the stomach flu and they we very responsive with bringing us fresh linens and towels. Everyone was great and the customer service shown through. We will be back.

Loved every moment. The pool is amazing and the cabins so cute. I wasn’t expecting AC, a refrigerator and microwave…huge plus! My only suggestion is to have another dish washing location. We had a great experience! Thank you.

Excellent campground including sites, cleanliness, activity areas and cabins. We did it all. Quiet location but close enough to everything. Trolley pick up on-site and within walking distance of the main streets. Will definetly stay here again.

We love it here! The location is fantastic if you want to be close to everything that is offered in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. The park staff was Great! Very helpful and friendly. The park was clean. The sites are close together but you still had room to relax and not feel packed in too close. The bath house was clean and roomy. The water pressure was great in the shower! There is even a pet wash area. So many amenities here at this park. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub - excellent! Our granddaughter had a wonderful time at the pool and playground. The playground covers all ages plus is away from the main entrance of vehicle traffic. Considering the location, it was quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return to this KOA and we do recommend it. We give it 5 stars!

Awesome campground! The staff is polite and helpful. So many things for the kids to do! The recreation post was filled with activies for the kids, jumping pad, swing on a track, playground, etc. The pool had a lazy river. There was also a hammock lawn with lawn games and of course some hammocks. There is small playground next to the lawn games. We stayed in the deluxe cabin - lodge had the rustic feel with all the conveniences, a full bathroom, half bath, kitchen araa with table/ chairs, and a couch. It is as nice as a hotel room. They had several cabins and camp sites for campers. It is a very nice campground.
