Well maintained and comfortable campground. Loved the dog-run area for large and small dogs. Dog entertainment amenities for all breeds. Stayed on concrete pad with small patio and wrot-iron chairs and table. Folks that run the store are awesome! Both friendly and accommodating. Didn't think I'd like the KOA because of other stays, but this one was an exception. Located close enough to good food

Friendly and clean. Pool was perfect and a welcoming place after a long days drive. Staff was cheerful and welcoming.

Everything was fantastic! The cabin was clean, the pool was cool on a hot day, and the staff was very friendly. I will stay again next time I’m going through Shreveport.

loose dogs. Dog park was trash. Equipment was old and rotted. Site was dirty when i checked in. Owners refused to enforce rules. Concrete pads broken and cracked. I would never recommend this place to anyone. One of the worst KOAs I have every stayed at. Place has real drainage issues. The grass wasn't even mowed

The staff was very accommodating and changed our site to give us more shade for our dogs. The park needed some attention( mowing,general lawn care). If I need a place to stay I might consider it.

This was our third time there and it was just as nice as ever. Very comfortable campground and the staff was wonderful as usual.

The owners were very nice, it was quiet. But they need more help in doing the landscaping and in being able to stay open until 8 pm. Did not use the pool as we were there to visit our grandson in the air force. Did use the laundry as it was open 24 hr. Just needs more work on upkeep of the campgrounds. If I was to come with our trailer I could see staying there.

I have never had a bad stay at a KOA Campground and Shreveport didn't disappoint. The park was clean and bright. The showers were also well maintained. A nice stay.

Easy access, friendly staff and ample space for our 40ft motorhome. My only issue is the grass needed to be cut. Other than that, it was fine for an over night stay.

Our site concrete had a large hole on the drivers side. This was considered a deluxe site. The showers were dirty, but we took evening showers. One was filled with baby powder with a dirty towel. The staff member during check in was very nice.

Over night stop on our way home. Our site wasn’t very level but maybe if we had stayed towards the back it would have been better. Long sites so we didn’t have to unhook our tow vehicle.

The park was clean and the personnel there were excellent! The grass was pretty tall and needed attention, but there has been a lot of rain in the area recently. Overall a nice place

Nice bathrooms with well appointed showers. Pool was open (May 14th) and pool chairs were comfortable and the umbrella was new! The trees are so peaceful. One of our favorite KOAs.

Fine for a one or two night stopover, but would not stay longer. Sites were closer together than we like, and the pull throughs could be a bit longer. To be fair they had just had lots of rain and it was very muddy with lots of standing rain. We also had a work crew staying next to us and their trucks were parked half on the drive making it difficult to exit. Probably skews our view a bit.

We visited family, so didn't get to enjoy the park as we would have liked too. It's a beautiful park and would love to spend a few days relaxing there.

Great little campsite. Clean and neat. Loved the table and chairs, so much more inviting and comfortable than a picnic table. Also they gave us a great reference for dinner!!

We stayed two nights as a break for many miles of travel. We felt secure and safe. There is a Home Depot right down the street as well as other places to provision. Bath house is clean and comfortable. The campground itself has some long-term residence that get a little bit complacent. Great store with very competitive pricing!

It’s a typical. Older and in need of care. Roads and sites are adequate. Concrete site pads are crumbling and electrical pedestals are worn out. However, everything works and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Grass needs to be properly cut and clumps raked out but everything else there is excellent. Great park with friendly helpful staff at a reasonable rate. Convenient to freeway without noise and close to retail services.

Super clean facility and very friendly and helpful staff. They were very understanding and flexible with us when we explained that due to weather conditions, we would arrive late... and stay an extra day

We stayed one night on our way to South Carolina and another night on our waay back. Very nice plce, friendly and helpful staff, love the dog park with all the challenge activities and seperate pens. The only complaint I have is the dish washing station was clogged up and I could not use it.

Quite camp site. Everything you need. Pool and playground clean. Pull in, full hook up. Concrete pads, cable and good internet.

- Overall very convenient for a stop over stay when travelling. Safe and close to highway. - Young couple that run the place are very friendly and most helpful. - Approx 25% of CG is with rigs that don't move. Some borderline unsightly. This does not ruin the experience, but it was enough to deserve a mention. - Sites are a bit narrow and close to each other but we were on the end so had a little extra room. - Location is less than 10 minutes from all big box stores and groceries. - Location is within a few miles of exit 8 from Interstate 20. Very convenient. - General area is not busy at all. - Interior roads are a bit narrow but they do accommodate Class "A" as well as our 36ft 5th wheel. There are no stumps/roots/low branches to cause issues. - Some sites are more in the trees thus more shaded than others. Everyone we asked recommended "Orlandeax" for lunch/dinner. They are a seafood place right on the big river; very scenic and food is really good local cuisine. Be prepared to wait for seating, this place stays packed.
