It was great!! We love it there! One thing though are key cards stopped working each day and we kept having to go back and get them coded again. Other than that it was perfection!

We stayed for 6 nights as a base for our visit to Yellowstone National Park. The grounds were well kept and there were plenty of amenities to explore.

What a fantastic campground! Beautiful scenery everywhere you look! The grounds were very well-maintained. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The store was well-stocked. The indoor pool was great. The pancake breakfast was awesome too! All of the interactions we had with staff were good. They were all very nice and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Campground was fine, however, the bathrooms and showers were wet and dirty for each of our 3 days. Unfortunately the showers aren't properly ventilated and the moisture collects on the ceiling where it stays 24/7 and drips on the floors, making the entire restroom wet.

Amazing place, very clean cabin amd washroom! Kids enjoyed indoor pool when weather was cold! Staff was super friendly and nice! Also text reminder was very helpful! Will definable visit this park again.

The Yellowstone West Gate KOA was very nice. The folks working there were very helpful and friendly, The one guy that checked the sites for cleanliness was very helpful, he even suggested if we had trash, that if we left it for him he would make sure it was disposed of properly. That was going above and beyond what he had to do. The gal that checked us in was super helpful as well. Nicely Done

Had a nice stay but didn’t like that all the garbage dumpsters were wide practically invit the bears to the campground. When I asked the lady at the front desk why they were open she said they close them at night. When I woke up at 5 am they were still completely open. Highly recommend locking the dumpsters which will help your guests feel more comfortable especially tent campers like we were

We enjoyed the warm showers .. however since we arrived on opening day a lot of wrong information was given and lots of amenities not available..

The employees were very helpful at the desk and ensured we got to the right assigned spot. I love the fact there are activities to do, laundry and showers are a plus!!!

The campground was very nice, store was clean and well stocked. We stayed through Memorial Day and a few days into the week, I think it would have been better if they would have done something to acknowledge the Day. A few flags around the campground and maybe some popsicles, popcorn or hot dogs to celebrate!

Everything was wonderful. However, the restrooms need updating. Some ventilation is needed. The mirrors were always steamed up.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean. Unfortunately we arrived on the first day they were open and nothing was ready. There wasn’t a play area for the kids. The jump pad got set up the second day we were there. The bike cart rentals were fun. Internet didn’t work. Coffee cart wasn’t open.

Our stay was wonderful. There was one issue, though. The firewood delivery was late, which is 100% understandable. However, as tent-only guests, we should have been notified when we checked in. The temperatures were around 30 degrees at night.

It was wonderful. The only negative thing is the bathrooms. There isn’t enough ventilation in them. Condensation from the showers collects on the ceilings and walls. It even makes the toilet paper wet. It’s a breeding ground for bacteria. It rains on you while in them. Easy fix. You can even control the ventilation with a humidity sensor.

Long wait at front desk, for then to find our reservation. . Then we followed our guide to our spot and he drove right through it and pointed, and kept going. The spot was not big enough for our RV, to narrow for our slides to fully open... Roads and spots to narrow for big rigs. Requesting refund., Will not be back

We love this KOA! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I only suggest that they open up the coffee cabin and pancake breakfasts the start of the Memorial weekend instead of waiting until Memorial Day. We would have definitely taken advantage of both all weekend had it been open.

The bed was awful. The floor would have been the same softness. The heater was insufficient making it a very cold night sleeping in coats. The pool was also too cold to be enjoyable. Staff was great and friendly. Clean cabin, bathrooms not great.

Sites were on the smaller side but a great location near YNP & Island Park. Campground was nice and clean. Staff was excellent! So friendly and helpful. There were a couple issues with their credit card readers but had the ability to charge to my site. Only complaint is the speed other campers were driving around at. I have a 3 year old so I was a bit nervous with the 5mph not being enforced

Beautiful campground but will be better when you get the wifi up and running. Was sad to see so many machines in the laundry out of order but I understand the difficulties in getting things fixed these days. Staff was great and of course with the country how could this be anything but great. Thanks

Nice well kept park. The only suggestion is a handicapped bathroom without a code required for the intellectual handicap. The staff was friendly! I like the idea of adult only hot tubs.

Cute campground! We loved the dog park, pool, and the space between camp sites. This is an excellent choice for your Yellowstone adventure!

Great location, close the Yellowstone Westgate and great service and shop. The site we stayed at wasn't ideal for our fifth wheel size, probably really needed a longer site by about 2-3 feet but we made it work. Our fifth wheel sank into the wet gravel even with the leveling blocks put down. Other than that, everything was great.

We had a great stay here for a few days while we visited the national park. There are lots of mature trees and has a fun throwback/vintage vibe. It is so well maintained and they have the most friendly and helpful staff! I had some questions over the phone while booking and they took a lot of time with me going over options. And then once we arrived, everyone was so friendly and helpful. It is very close to the town of West Yellowstone and the park itself. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot to stay. They have tent spaces, rv spots, and cabins to rent. There are showers and dog K9 run for your pups. They have bags and a trash can to clean after your pets. Unfortunately, not everyone picks up after their pets. Other than those few who dont pick up after their pets, the campground is clean. The lady at the coffee truck was a great lady to talk to and was very friendly. We unfortunately left our power surge protector at the hook up site. We called the office, and they said it wasn't there or was turned in. So whoever got it, I hope you enjoy it.
