The wi fi is a deal breaker for me. When it worked at all it was useless. Don't think we will be back after 3 years of renting a deluxe cabin.

This is our 3rd year the Smith family stayed there, always lots of fun staff are always there to help with anything, hopefully next year we will be able to book in time to stay longer. Cabins are always clean,and comfortable and grounds look lovely. Hopefully we will be there again 2025.

Always a great time at KOA Holiday! Kids are wiped out! My brother, his kids and parents came for the first time and plan to make it a yearly event with us!

Great experience! The bathrooms were always clean. The staff were very friendly and polite. The pool area was always clean and organized. Calm environment and there was no noise from the neighbours sites. I will be back again and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

I have come here for the past 10 years. we did not enjoy our stay like the other times (we actually left a day early). We had a deluxe cabin, the gaga ball hit my rental car at least 20 times. It was noisy, my kids couldn’t visit the pool once as it was jammed. The grounds were too packed and Marco/polo from the pool was too much..ppl rode their bikes at our cabin while we ate. Not a good time

First time staying in the cabin they were beautiful. Loved all the wood work. Cabin was very comfortable for our family of 4. Fair bit of room. Would definitely stay in the cabin again.

We always have the best time at the berry kale way the people are wonderful and kind and the place is kept very very clean we had a wonderful stay and would definitely highly recommend the Beary KOA

This is the best KOA location we have ever been to hands down! Every year we come back and get the same consistent too notch experience. The location is so welcoming and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The events go campers are a lot of fun and well thought out. The effort put in to entertain us is second to none as well. The food available is delicious as well!

Really disappointed you moved trick or treating to 4pm, it should be after dinner. Not many activities planned, and we ALL want candy bingo back. Haunted house was epic though.

Our lodge was not clean when we got there so they very quickly switched us to another one. The other one had some maintenance issues but they were very accommodating about fixing them

Friendly, courteous staff always willing to help. Comfortable new bed in the Deluxe Kabin. Lots of amenities and great pizza. Lots of biking and hiking in the area.

Had a wonderful stay as usual. Have been going here for 20 years. First with our trailer and now in the deluxe cabin. Perfect service for anything we might need. Our yearly vacation is with Barrie KOA.

I actually love this place but when I was just in over the weekend. I asked one of the senior employees on the Saturday morning while she was cleaning the bathroom If the private bathrooms were no longer opened. She stated that they are for the handicap and then continued to ask me if I was handicapped. I found this to be very discriminating. Also, why lock these bathrooms for the handicap?!

Camp site was clean and tidy, staff were great. Only 2 minor things we found were the lighting was poor around the tenting area and a shorter pathway to the washroom/showers would have been nice. Other than that it was a good time, would stay again for sure.

Nice location all around. We stayed in a basic camping cabin and it was great. Just what we needed for our family of 4. Pool and park were great. Bathrooms were always clean. Staff was amazing. Loved the offerings in the kitchen. The pizza and fudge were so good. Will definitely be staying again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Barrie KOA, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The campground is impeccably maintained, with cleanliness and comfort being top priorities. It's clear that the management takes great pride in keeping the facilities up to date. Our kids had an absolute blast! The range of activities available kept them entertained throughout our stay. However, we feel that adding a few more activities tailored specifically for younger children would be a great enhancement. This would make the campground even more appealing to families with little ones. Additionally, a bit more marketing to highlight the wonderful experiences available here could help attract even more visitors. Despite these small suggestions, we had a wonderful time. The staff deserves a special mention for their humility and helpfulness. They made our stay even more enjoyable with their warm and welcoming attitudes. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend Barrie KOA to anyone looking for a great camping experience!
