Great place! The front desk gal was so friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were sparkling clean. And the camp site was big enough that we didn’t have to barely squeeze in. It was very nice….

Really enjoyed our stay. Site was level and the restroom and showers were new, nice, and super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, working hard to improve the entire camp ground.

We needed an overnight stop on our way north, Ely is perfectly situated on the route, stayed here many times. We noticed all the improvements, wider roads to drive around on, all very nice. We stayed in one of the new supersites. Very nice except . . . the sites really need some leveling! Our 40' motorhome front wheels were quite a bit off the ground to be level.

Personnel and facilities very nice. Maintenance operations and traveler's dogs made it somewhat noisy but this would not be an ongoing situation. Sites were somewhat level gravel (pads would have been nice). All in all a good experience.

We had a perfect visit The only thing that I would add is grab bars in the non-ADA bathroom/shower . It would be very helpful for those of us with mobility problems

The ladies in the office were super friendly and helped us get a space close to our friends and made some recommendations regarding the area that were super helpful. The park was clean and the part we stayed in was very nice.

Awesome place! Grassy areas everywhere which were nice for us and our dog. Restrooms were clean and had beautiful touches. So nice to have such quiet calm in the evening and no smoke from campfires so we could have our windows open. Thank-you for an over the top camping experience.

Loved access to showers and laundromat. Disappointed we couldn’t park in the tent area with a 21” RV. The main section was rock, rock, rock.

Host told me that the hose I used to hookup could freeze and suggested that before going to bed disconnect to prevent damage to the hose. They told me about other hoses that will work in cold weather, which I have purchase.

We are traveling all 48 states in 1 year and have stayed at a lot of KOA’s. This one was the best of all of them! It was very clean and made to feel like home … even the bathrooms and laundry facility. And the store was great. We would highly suggest this KOA!

One of the most welcoming, courteous, and professional staff we have had in all our stays so far this year. Sites were clean, wide, and no problems with any of the services. Beautiful area; could have stayed longer, but the 'threat' of snow encouraged us to move on a day early. I would highly recommend this campground for anyone needing a one night stay or a week or two.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I booked one of the new super sites and it was great. Long, wide and level. No need to unhook the car. A lot of room between sites. I found the train museum very interesting. I would definitely stay at this KOA.

The host were extremely nice. Campground is beautiful, easy in and out. Was on our way to Utah had to spend extra night due to weather, they were very accommodating, we stayed again on our way home, stayed in the super space in front was perfect for our starlink, would highly recommended for off road enthusiast. Because it has a atv access to the desert

We were passing through Ely on our way to Idaho and decided to stay here. We only planned to stay one night but ended up staying for three. We stayed in a super site which was excellent! We had a ton of room which made pulling in and out easy. The views were amazing! The staff in the office were all so kind and helpful! The store has a lot to offer for camping necessities, drinks, food and gifts. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect stop for us. We were given an upgrade to a larger site. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were very clean. and the laundry prices were decent. The store looked well stocked with quality souvenirs and clothing. When we arrived, tree trimmers were trimming up the trees. Beautiful scenery all around. I would definitely stay here again.
