The campground is well maintained, everything is always clean, the staff members are all very nice, we stayed for a week on an electric tent site and loved it.

Stay was great. Only problem was the cable went out and not able to repair over the weekend. That’s no big deal I don’t go camping to watch tv all day.

Our second stay at Harrisonburg/Shenandoah Valley KOA, 1 year apart! New Sites made available, clean and mostly private. This time we had a tow vehicle so we were able to tour the local sites! Skyline Drive a must! We did a day trip to Washington, DC as well! Great location, quiet and secluded nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains! Beautiful! As the staff goes, above and beyond! Very helpful!

We requested if possible to place our campsite next to the campsites of the rest of our group. They said they would try and instead placed us 3 spots away which although doesn’t seem much we still felt secluded from our group. And to make matters worse the spots between us and our group were available during our stay. Additionally the campground is an hour drive from practically everything.

This was our second time staying with you. We enjoyed both stays. One comment I do need to make though. The TV cable was not very good. We had problems off and on during our stay. I finally just switched to my antenna.

H/S KOA represented our first RV & KOA camping experience. We could not have been more pleased with the entire stay. The staff was helpful, friendly and the facilities spotless. It exceeded our expectations.

We arrived after hours and failed to find our reserved campsite. Walked the campground to find a suitable alternative. A message to the after hours emergency, raised a call for help. Someone had inadvertently taken our site. The hosts graciously asked the offender to move and we were set up within about an hour. The campground is very well set up and has lots to do for youngsters, fishing pond.

We only stayed here one night while passing through. The park was immaculately clean and an overall nice stop. It's a park I will keep in my favorites for future use. The staff was friendly.

Communication was excellent! Site 23 was a little tight backing into with our size trailer. Site was very nice. Campground had much to offer. We came in late and left the following morning so couldn’t take advantage off all they had there. Everything was neat and clean. May stay there again when are in the area and have some more time to enjoy

Had a wonderful stay. You have one of the prettiest campgrounds I've stayed in during my 3 cross country trips. The grounds are a perfect camping setting. Keep up the great work. Have a wonderful summer.

Very nice. Love all the trees. Lots are a little un-level due to the rocky terrain. Staff was very friendly.

Six mile narrow windy road to get to campground. Once you get there, it is nice. A little tight for bigger rigs. Nicely shaded lots with trees everywhere . Washroom was very nice.

Thank to all the team. My husband and I had a problem with our Jeep that wouldn't start. A member of your team came with a power boost to restart the vehicle(I think his name is Nick) plus all the other members who came to see of everything was restore.This was our first experience at KOA that will not be the last. Already planning for a stay in October. Thanks to the whole team.

We ABSOLUTELY enjoyed our stay! It was our anniversary weekend and the owners/employees were so sweet! We even received a cute 50th anniversary bag with S'mores items (including sticks to put the marshmallows on), nice 50th anniversary camp sticker and a sweet card signed by the employees! We felt so grateful and happy! 10 out of 10 for excellent service and for a beautiful and quiet campground!

I cannot say enough good things about this camp grounds. Everyone was unbelievably nice and helpful. we only had a 1 day pass through but after the great experience we are planning a trip back just to stay here and see the area. The entire staff here was incredible.

Picturesque area. We had a very generous sized pull through site for a single night as we passed through. Navigating the campground after dark was a little tricky, but all of the signage was helpful. Nice place.

We stayed at KOA Harrisonburg for 1 week (1st week of May) on an electrical tent site and loved it. I have never seen a camping so clean all the time (it appears that the toilet rooms are cleaned multiple times per day). There is also an interior sink for dishes. It is very calm and in nature. The gravel roads and sites are appreciated. The WIFI connection works perfectly (we could do zoom session and stream TV shows), the cellular networks also works without a problem.

Very close to Shenandoah national park. Clean bathrooms with hot water, friendly staffs, beautiful campsite. Would 100% come back if I could. Tent sites are for 1 tent and more than sufficient space between tents.
