We stayed before, during and after a Fantasy RV Jeep Tour. I can't overstate how impressed we were with the office staff that assisted us. With their help we were able to stay in the same site through multiple reservations and extensions. The parks was super clean and oh, that pool! I believe this is the nicest KOA we've ever visited. We've booked a return stay for next year.

This is a great campground. The pool and hot tub are awesome. All facilities are clean and well maintained. We stayed for almost two weeks and got to know several members of the staff. They were all great and helped us out as we extended our time in Moab. There is a clear commitment to customer service here. We were impressed and will return.

The sewer system was not functioning and we didn't realize it until we went to dump our RV. It made a huge mess, all over shoes and clothing. We were told that they were aware of problems the week before. The staff there was extremely responsive but I feel that the KOA should have reimbursed us a portion since we paid for full hookup. This is the most expensive resort we stay at all year.

Very lively! I would rate it higher if I was placed in a better spot in the park but having a small rig seems to get me put in the smallest most crapped spot then my truck and trailer don't fit properly. I think next reservation I will try including my truck length on the trailer size section of my reservation.

Our stay was a relaxing couple of days. The facilities were clean. Did have a little challenge with the outdoor laundry, but worked fine in the end.

Everything was perfect. The welcome was friendly, the space was shaded, and we enjoyed the way you staggered the spaces to improve the privacy and the view. Of course, the location (Moab) is phenomenal. We used to think the KOA in West Yellowstone was our favorite, but now it has a close competitor. Lets call it a tie. We will be back.

We arrived way early and our site wasn’t ready. Staff was super friendly and actually texted us when our site was ready. Very clean, nice park with many amenities.

Nice place! The kids were very loud and we were so tired from hiking all day. Maybe quiet hours could be a little earlier. Too much light as well. Staff were great!! We really did like our stay but there’s always something. Our neighbor was in a tent and we could hear them talking constantly. Sorry to say these things but you should know. Thanks for the hospitality!

The lack of a bench to put your things in the shower rooms by the main store was irritating. They are 2 hooks but once I hung my towel on one and my clothes on another there was no where to hang my pjs. Then I was trying to help my 7 year old so we had to put a bunch of things on the floor �. A bench or shelf would be good

The facility is in great condition and well operated. This year though, it almost seems like it is under new management. In years past, the staff has always been friendly, accommodating and helpful. This year, the grounds staff were rude and condescending. Their stern adherence to the rules was unreasonable. This left us feel like we needed to watch our backs so we didn't get in trouble.

Staff was great! My only complaint was the green Gertrude bus that was in the row by the cabins was an eyesore! You should not allow a camper to live like vagabond! Junk everywhere, clothes hanging everywhere , plants, pots and garbage around! There was even a broke down washing machine off to he side! Gives KOA a bad reputation! We would rate the Moab KOA high for location, cleanliness and helpful staff. We were there 3 nights and I was unable to get a "hot" shower. Also the picnic tables were in a state of disrepair. Need replacement.

I liked everything about it except the bathrooms. They weren’t very clean and I still think they should separate the men’s and women’s. I like the setup and that there’s a laundry mat right there

Our campsite was located directly behind the office and adjacent recreation patio. Little did we know that the patio was used by a bus tour group for their nighty entertainment including amplifier music and broadcasted announcements and prize drawings. When I inquired with management what was going on they acted like they had no idea who was occupying the patio and couldn't control the event.

Very good access to the park and town. Rest rooms/showers could have been cleaner. Would be nice if there were an area where camp fires were not permitted. Can be a bit overwhelming.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The office was very responsive to any needs or concerns and there were nice amenities such as a pool/hot tub, and a dog walking path. There are also some lovely views around the campground.

First, I appreciate the staff going out of their way to find us a last minute campsite. We were supposed to stay at Sun Outdoors up the road but found out at check in that we weren’t allowed to detach our NuCamp truck camper to go see the National Parks. I quickly un-registered with Sun Outdoors and will stay at KOAs from here on out. This KOA is convenient to the National Parks and very well ru

Excellent facility! We loved staying here and would come back again. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool, and the bathrooms/showers were clean. Easy check-in and checkout process.

This is a great campground, very clean and well maintained. Good dog walking area. The staff at the desk were very helpful and were able to relocate our reserved RV sites, so that we could be closer to another family member. The pool and hot tub were great and the game area was fun.

We stayed in the campground for two weeks. It is beautifully maintained, the office staff is awesome and you're in Moab. 5 stars for sure!
