I liked getting the texts daily on things happening at the park. Our site was fine except the grass was not cut and quite long, while there were other sites close by where the lawn was cut and we could have been put there. During our 3 night stay, the lawn did get cut while we were out, but because it was so long and wet we were tracking it into our trailer.

Feel like the pool should be open later Fix the pot holes We had issues with our 50 amp service,, had to switch to 30 amp after running to Home Depot for a breaker, which then did not help, we contacted the office next morning, did get help right away , thought it was fixed, turned out it wasn’t, long story, but not once did we get a offer of discount .. at 100.00 a night it should be 50 amp

Great park and great staff make for an enjoyable stay. It appears that the wifi issues have been solved however we were on a different site this time. In the fall we will be back on our usual site so ��

Had a wonderful stay at KOA NF. Site was long enough that you wouldn't need to disconnect if you didn't need to. WIFI is finally fixed and worked great. New kids play ground will be fantastic, opening May 11. Will be back.

The only thing we didn’t like is that if friends come over we find that you guys charge to much for a short visit. My girlfriend lives in St Catherine’s and like to come visit us and sit by the fire. She never stays overnight and she said it’s expensive the amount you charge for a visitor. You guys should charge $10 or less for a couple of hours.

I was disappointed that the my location was not mowed. I made the best of it and also no one collected my trash. I had to discard it.

The staff was friendly and the facility was well maintained. The washroom and shower are very important to me and my kids, and KOA Niagara was excellent in that sense. This place is good for families with young kids and novice campers.

This is a good time for walking in. Early May. Staff working out bugs in electronics of park, but friendly and helpful. Easy upgrade to basic cabin— as rain was expected. Very expensive- very clean, very user friendly.

Stayed 6 nights. Very quiet clean park. Clean washrooms. Laundry facility was good. Excellent staff and store. Close to attractions. Wifi kept cutting out inside the trailer.

The first time that we camped in Canada and your KOA was beautiful , clean and convenient. We didn’t have a car to drive so it was great to have the bus service.

Great place to stay. Close to everything you would need. Of course there is lots to do in Niagara Falls. The campground is adding some new playground equipment which will be a hit with the younger ones. The indoor pool and hot tubs was a nice surprise especially with the cooler weather in April.

We travelled from uk. Rented rv and headed to niagara really friendly welcome. Great site. Totally spotless and clean. Facilities excellent. We used th Wego to visit niagra. Stayed two nights and had a great time.

I stayed last three days of April 2024. I had the entire tent section to myself T39 space. It was really nice. I don't stay in KOA or like Campgrounds very often as I wild camp (van) more but I wanted to be close to the falls and needed to do laundry. I can't imagine what the busy season would be like but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Super clean restrooms and laundry room. Very nice amenities. Would not like some one backed up so close to me. This did not happen on our stay. Only if the campground starts filling up. Loved being on the Wego bus line. We never even used our vehicle during our visit.

I know it’s the beginning of the camping year. But the staff was amazing and the facilities were clean. Definitely love camping here and I know for a fact we’ll be back.

Our family loved our KOA stay! Spotless facilities, no strong scents, perfect for us. Even with flight delay, check-in was smooth. Close to stores. Our short three-night stay meant missing the indoor pool and just before the outdoor pools reopened, but we'll be back!

personnel at the campground need to be taught the importance of customer service. I asked why I was assigned the only muddy site among dozens that were not and were unoccupied, sorry: you should have told us. The person assigning site should have known! when I inquired about getting propane for my motorhome I was told I could get it at Costco but they only do portable tanks. Should know!

Lovely site. Great pitch. Friendly staff. Perfect for visiting the falls as there was a bus just across the road. You can buy tickets at camp shop. Peaceful.
