Lovely grounds. I like the variety of kid's activities. The hot tub, sauna and indoor pool made this a perfect place for relaxing. Having a bus stop at the campground made getting to the falls so easy. The rates were very reasonable, especially given all the amenities. This is the best campground we've ever stayed at.

The Young lady at the reception was exceptional. We had some concerns about what to do and how to get into Toronto. She was top notch. Explained the "Go Train" Where to go and park and how to get back. 100%. Very Clean grounds & Washrooms.

Your entire staff was outstanding! Abby was the first person I met at the front desk during check in and she was great! Claudia helped me several times during my visit and she was also excellent. She contacted maintenance who helped me by bringing a plunger to my RV very promptly. Even the young man who delivered firewood was extremely pleasant. Our entire stay was great because of the staff!

Beautiful grounds, excellent facilities, awesome activities and by far cleanest showers and restrooms I have ever seen in a camp ground. Very impressed, best camp grounds we highly recommend.

Everything was just as we would have expected it to be. There were no issues. The staff was also very congenial and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is our third time camping at Niagara Falls KOA, (our first two times were over 20 years ago with our children when they much younger). We returned to Niagara Falls KOA because we believe it to be one of the best campgrounds we've camped at. The campground and the bathrooms are clean. It has much to offer for a family and couples of any age. All the workers were very helpful and positive.

We were there for a rowing regatta with our daughter and due to the early race time, we had to return to our site after the usual check out time to pack up. This was no problem at all! They were super accommodating and even asked how the race had gone that morning. : )

We will definately be staying there again. We have already discussed it with our hockey team for next year. The park was immaculate!! Bathrooms were sooo clean. Soo much to do for the kids. We were beyond impressed!! Have already told many people about it. We played pickle ball, basketball, every am had a text message of the up and coming events that day.

This is the KOA that the company should send other owners to visit, as it is clearly in the top 5 in the system!!!!! Immaculate, great service, very roomy sites, amazing extras for all ages (think pub pizza and beer!!).

This is a great park for families visiting Niagara Falls. It is clean and well managed with lots of activities available. It is a great location to easily access the Falls and downtown

Friendly staff and very accommodating. The park is very clean with a lot of activities on the weekends, but weekdays most were not available. Also sites are tight and many campers were parked right next to each other, but there were many lots open where we could have been spread out more.

We weren't there during the busy season and it was hideous. The sites are crammed together and back up end to end . The family in the seasonal site were loud and yelly and did nothing but yell at their 3 boys constantly. Then someone left their dog in a trailer which barked non stop. There was 3 vehicles jamming the entrance when we pulled in cause they were so slow to help the arriving campers

Nice clean convenient location. Not happy we were placed in a muddy short site where our motorhome and dolly would not fit without disconnecting. There we lots of dry longer sites available.

First time in many years at a KOA and first time ever with an RV… couldn’t have asked for a better experience… from the after-hours reception to the clean facilities to the peaceful environment, we had a wonderful time.

Great place. The only downside is a train that passes by at around 8am - it's right there behind the fence, so yes , it's loud. I didn't hear the train at night. We didn't use the indoor pool since it looked dirty but the outdoor pool looked great. Watch the YouTube review to see it all.
