Overall, it was good. The bathrooms could have been maintained more often ( a couple of times some of the stalls were out of tissue and the bathroom was dirty). Also, the friends who had the deluxe cabins complained about roaches.

Our stay was amazing!! Deborah at the front desk was so nice, and very accommodating to some last minute changes. She deserves a raise for sure. We would definitely go back. Only thing I would recommend is a family bathroom.

As a frequent KOA member, my recent stay was a letdown. The EV charging station & BBQ grill were both out of order. Despite leaving 3 voicemails on the after-hours line, no one bothered to call us back. Disappointed with the declining service & lack of response I expected much better. The consistent decline in service & the indifference shown to guests’ needs has made me considering future stays

The site was very good overall; however, the construction near the site woke me up in the morning. I also had an issue with the men’s restroom door, as the locking mechanism did not work well. It would take 4 and 5 tries to get the door open.

I stayed in Cabin #5, it was nice, comfortable and clean. The AC worked great. Location was nice and price was good. The staff was pleasant and friendly.

Hi, was a little disappointed when we got there and our cabin didn’t have a refrigerator or a swing out front. Stayed there many of times and they always had a refrigerator and swing

The cabin was very dirty. The electrical outlets were not convenient for use (too many things plugged into them & extension cord needed to reach them which was not provided). Chairs and table were filthy. Picnic table in bad shape. No shade (or sun umbrella). Porch swing absent. Bathrooms lacking consistent service (toilet paper). Appeared to have insufficient staff.

We’re a family with three little kids under age 5 and had a great experience staying in a deluxe cabin. The playground, pocket park and pool were terrific and we’ll definitely be back.

Cabins were super cute and cozy. Stocked with all the amenities. My children enjoyed swimming and riding their bikes around the property. Will definitely stay again!!!

Clean, the only complaint I have was for activity offer like ping pong, tennis, mini golf and etc. I was only able to rent it from 9 to 5pm those times are not flexible for a Friday or Saturday. There should be flexible for those activities to enjoy our stay.

Spent the weekend for our grandsons birthday. He loved it. Perfect place for the little ones. Very clean and nice staff.

I was very impressed! We had to check in late and I was a bit worried, but it was a breeze. The facilities are so nice & clean. Lots of things for kids & families too. We definitely will return when we have more time to fully enjoy!

DEBRA in the front office was lacking of a positive attitude when we checked in. The mattresses in the standard cabins could use an update..the ones in st. Pete are awesome. The price for firewood is too expensive. Everything else was great as always.

We all had a great time: kids, parents, grandma and the dog! The playground area had so many fun activities, the kids wanted to play there all day. We also liked the dog park where we could let her off the leash.

Everything was great!! I was amazed at how very clean everything was, from the cabins to the bathrooms and the grounds itself . The check in process was super easy and we had a key and instructions waiting for us when we got there. I would highly recommend. We didn't stay long but plan on staying there again on future trips.

The campground, bath facilities, and our cabin were clean and surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to a busy roadway. Well organized trash pickup, everything. Couldn't have had a nicer stay!

Don’t bring up any issues regarding your stay to the front office if you don’t want security to come jumping out of his golf cart giving you attitude. On top of yelling at me because the woman I spoke to and who called me back;while I was on my vacation at the parks rather than dealing with it when I went in to the office, was his wife..when all I did was ask for help with parking/another cabi

I rented a two room camping cabin for ten days and it was exactly what I was looking for. Better than a tent but still gave that “camping” vibe. Overall a very well managed campground with very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Great campground all around. Clean bathrooms and cabins, comfortable beds. Kids loved the playground, jump pad and games. Great place to stay while visiting LEGOLAND. The tent sites across the street each have a nice covered sitting area and a sink for hand washing and dishes. There is a community campfire area surrounded by swing chairs, too!

It was disturbing to see and hear the unavoidable construction next door, no longer a rural feel. Also, we stayed in a deluxe cabin and were disappointed to discover that, since pets were allowed, the dander present in the cabin had set off allergic reactions. Otherwise, we appreciated the conveniences offered by the location and the cabin.

This particular KOA is great for location, cleanliness, and overall feeling of being safe. My complaint is 100% to do with the front desk/store people working. If you can avoid having to interact with them, your stay will be most pleasant. If not, best of luck in having your issue dealt with or handled with politeness. Very disappointing and this is on two stays now.

Just disappointed by the bathhouse again. It is always dirty. And now there are even more people using it with all the new cabins. I suggested maybe more bathroom checks throughout the day and night. Too many people using the same sinks, toilets and showers without constant upkeep. We actually checked out one day early due to this situation. The staff is very friendly so that's a plus!

Deluxe camping cabins are great but the area is so very busy and it seems like there's really no privacy at the campground at all.

I want to start this review with: I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before because the reviews I feel aren't fair for this campground. So. We ended up needing to switch our reservation from tent to cabin and Debra was wonderful, very understanding and helpful through our issue. The staff didn't take us to our site like other koa's but to be honest, it's an easy enough campground to figure out with the map. SO. This review is 2 parts because we stayed in a deluxe tent AND the cabin. Deluxe tent sites: pretty ok. The plugs and sink, definitely amazing. Definitely woke up to the traffic and construction but, that's to be expected when tent camping. And the deluxe sites, staff did an amazing job. Now to the cabin. We stayed in 2, an older one and a newer one. The older one, needs SOME work, not a ton to be honest. All the cabins I feel need small 5 feet privacy fences in between. The older cabin did need a better light, it was very dim. The newer cabin, was great. We're already planning our next stay! The ONLY review I have for this particular site is: possibly have golf carts to rent and definitely need a family restroom. A lot of families would've benefited from them. But thank you to the staff for being so helpful and friendly.
