Over priced for just a view. the Wi-Fi didn’t work, rotten broken fence guard around the beach and play ground with boards just laying on the ground, bathhouse filthy and disgusting..firepit needs to be replaced . the only good thing good about the park was the friendly staff and hunt pizza

A beautiful campground on a beautiful lake. Bathroom was very clean but is showing it’s age. Very nice people running the place.

Your staff was AMAZING! We pulled in with slide out issues, they provided a list of mobile techs and some intel on them. They got us with a great tech. So friendly, helpful and considerate

Nice location, very friendly and helpful staff. Lakeshore is a nice amenity. Facilities are nice, upper bathhouse needs update.

Quiet Hours not enforced, kids and adults were very noisy well into the night. Only plus was beach access. Also, over priced sites for what you get. Site had ivy all around and abandoned equipment, would not suggest a tent site with kids. These sites also had roots all over them with a horrible place to place a tent

We had a lovely site on the lake. We felt welcomed at check in and we lead to our site by a staff member. No confusion. The trash pick up was a plus, thank you. We stayed as a place in traveling south. I'd like to think we could return just to relax.

Very poorly managed place: dumpster overflowing with garbage. Site not leveled with big hole . Poor condition of the beach. Wifi inexistant! Very poor value for the price.

Pretty campground in the woods with friendly staff. The pizza and chicken tenders were terrific as well! Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area.

People next space to mine were up until 4am playing loud music, talking out loud, yelling, swearing & making lots of NOISE! CAMPERS approach them to ask them to keep it down. But it ONLY GOT WORSE!! I CALLED the Emergency After hrs number on the flyer given..but NO ONE PICK UP OR ANSWERED! PLACE was dirty, smelly & very run down. Bathroom and shower area was dirty, Hot & Stuffy. Not worth visi

Sites are to close together, water went out of service twice, worse KOA we have stayed at. Bathrooms needed cleaning , we will not be back to this KOA , the after hours phone service never answered. For the rate charged not worth it, need to invest in fire ant control, the best thing about this KOA was the of pizza !

Santee Lakes KOA has great lake access, ramp, & dock. The dock has very limited spaces though. Has good amenities if you have younger children (we don't). The bath houses are cleaned daily, but if you want to use them late in the day they could use a 2nd cleaning in the evenings. We noticed ants crawling on the outside of our camper, could use better ant control. Daily trash pickup was great!

water went out throughout the whole campground for a few hours in the evening. no answer as to what happened or when would be back. came back on around 10. kids crafts on saturday were suppose to start at 12. nobody had anything out or ready until 1245. other than that it was good stay.

We had a blast. The kids loved the pool and the basketball court. There is a small store onsite for basic amenities and food items. The only thing I’d like to see fixed was the mini golf course. It was free to play but many of the holes had the green coming loose and moving, and the boards used to create obstacles were chipped and made playing the hole difficult. We still recommend staying.

My family and I had a blast. It was the best campground we have been to with our kids. The amenities sold us. Now we are looking at only booking at KOAs. Thank you all for your hospitality.

There was no air conditioning in the bathhouse near campsite H8. Very uncomfortable. You almost needed to get back in the shower to cool off. Other than that it was a nice quiet stay.

Crowded. Camp store was lacking a lot of merchandise that you find in other stores. The lots were loaded with ants that got everywhere.

I have been camping for many years. Recently we had the privilege of staying at Santee Lakes. It is the most beautiful park we have ever stayed at. To make it even better it is staffed with the most generous, courteous staff I have seen at a KOA! WONDERFUL!!!!!! My Bride and I have decided that all trips we take from our home base in Orlando must all go through Santee going forward!

This is are third time here. It is a wonderful place. Well maintained in a beautiful location. Staff is super and we always question why we haven’t booked longer. We will return for a long stay. It is excellent. Bob Ball

This was our third time visiting this camp site, it's so nice and relaxing. Everytime we visit we were the only blacks there but the people there are soooo nice and friendly to us. Everyone spoke and held conversations...We will be back soon for another getaway trip soon!
