Beautiful setting. Nice and quiet. Unfortunately we ran into a couple dogs off leash (well, technically they had a leash hanging from their collar, but no human was attached on the other end!). We’ve visited this KOA twice, and the sites assigned to us required a bit of work for us to level our small trailer.

Lots of Construction and our site was so far out of level e needed boulders placed under steps. Location to parks ok.

Always stop there on our way back to Canada. Always pleasant people and clean park.

Clean, pleasant campground. Lots to do in the area.

perfect little cabin to stay in. Was most enjoyable with spectacular views!

Beautiful large site with great views. Staff were very friendly and made suggestions for best gas and local sights. Very clean park.

Name of KOA is misleading. It is 20 min drive to St. George, restaurants are far away. When we arrived after 5p no one was there but the sign on the kiosk, said "check in at upper office" but upper office said "check in at kiosk". Dump Station broken, but site dumps work. Our electrical at site 85 had issues, caused some lights to not stay on. We stayed one night.

I found the sites too small and the hwy noise was too much for me. The only way to use the laundry was with a card that you purchased there but the machine was empty. The staff was nice

Dated facilities, but you can tell investment is being made in upgrades. Please work on leveling sites. Your location is excellent. I would stay here again.

What I deplore is the narrowness of the grounds and especially their unevenness. I had at least 12 inches front to back and at least 5 inches left to right. I had a lot of difficulty leveling my caravan.

Great location close to hiking trails and Zion!
Apr 10, 2024
The site was extremely tight only about 12 inches between our side out and the neighbor's side out. Very difficult to reach the wet bays. The area was very nice and if not for the closeness of the sites it would have been very pleasant.

This is the worst KOA I have ever stayed at. We got there and first thing we saw was a putting green that was so trashed and old, no one could possibly play on it. Said they had a heated swimming pool It was probably 45 degrees. Had shuffleboard that was never open and were very rude to my grand kids when they asked to play. I stayed based on advertised amenities. Awful. Won't stay again.

Bathrooms were disgusting
Apr 08, 2024
Wi-fi did not work. Bathroom stalls needed to be cleaned. Pad was not level.

We came for a youth softball tournament. We didn't spend as much time at the KOA as we would like to. But the space was nice and big we had plenty of room for our RV.

My only complaint is the bathrooms. If they are being “cleaned” daily… someone needs some lessons on cleaning. Also some basic maintenance would be nice to keep things looking new. Curtains for each shower would be very nice as well. Those swinging doors are NOT a good option for privacy.

Great area-but campground is hard to get to even when there are no road closures. Liked the clubhouse-pool, tv, ping pong-pretty warm though. First class laundry!

We have stayed at this KOA many times, but this time there were many issues. No pool available for the first four days, and then the new heater didn't work, so the pool was ice cold, and unusable. Men's room showers were unfinished and several days there were no paper towels or toilet paper. The women's room was always filthy, with clogged toilets daily. Just not as clean as it used to be.

Property was nice. Bathrooms were not cleaned while we stayed (same bag of trash was on top of the trash can for 3 days!) There were no locks on the shower stalls. The putt putt course needs New turf to be able to use.

The site we had was nice. Plenty of space for our small trailer. Can't comment on the staff we never talked to anyone or really saw anyone during our 4 night stay. The bathroom and showers are dated and rather dirty compared to most KOAs we have stayed at. The men's room didn't have tp or paper towels one day. Mediocre campground.

The route into the campground was one lane with no indication on the booking site that there was construction or suggesting an alternate route. We were not told to only make a left turn leaving meaning a tricky turn about due to road closeThe site we were given was too short for our units even though it was specified we were 38 feet towing a full sized truck. The sites were uneven and not level.

Pool was closed the first day, then when it opened it was unheated, so unusable. The mini golf course is in serious need of maintenance. I've stayed at KOA's before and this was the worst experience.

Location was great, campsites were nice and loved that it was pet friendly. The mini golf course and indoor activities need some attention, your washing machines also ate $15. Me and another couple could not get them to work.

Great

The pool didn’t work and everything was very run down. Wouldn’t stay there again.
Apr 06, 2024
Due to road construction in area, getting to and from the St. George/Hurricane KOA is a bit challenging.

Friendly staff. Roads were ample size. Location was poor - besides freeway and narrow road to location. Some amenities were in awful shape. Camping sites were small. Unexceptable poor WiFi. Because of your location, can’t get normal cell coverage and then your WiFi was awful (I saw a notice when we checked in but don’t remember being notified of this before the visit). Poor! Poor! Poor!

2 blocked roads on 3 access roads- lot of miles extra
Apr 05, 2024
Great place as usual. The spots could be a lot more level...
Apr 05, 2024
The lady at the desk Diane was so kind and helpful when we needed to find a spot!! Amazing, thank you
Apr 05, 2024
Not level, trees too low (lost a full light system due to tree), laundry unusable for Canadians, overall a miserable place

Stole my money. Road under construction so unable to get there. Would not honour refund. Cost me $ 94 to take hotel in St George.

We were assigned a site that had too much slop for our rig but was able to change sites with no problem. Restrooms were very roomey and clean.

Les sites pour VR ne sont vraiment pas au niveau. Propre et le personnel est accueillant.

Having pre-booked our stay, it was great to reach the KOA and find all the information we needed about our site, and to get settled in to it with ease. This was especially appreciated, due to our late arrival.
Apr 03, 2024
Nice location and good amenities. However the spaces are to close to each other. Need more room.
Apr 03, 2024
Short stay, but enjoy the facilities. Restroom and showers were clean as well.
Apr 03, 2024
Reservations were easy, employees were wonderful and very helpful, campsite was good, bathrooms clean with nice hot water for showers. Great location.
Apr 03, 2024
The bathrooms need a serious refresh or at least a deep cleaning. The highway noise was so loud overnight that we had to connect to a white noise service. And did not care for the alternating campsites where adjoining sites were door to door. Awkward.
Apr 03, 2024
Our site was not level. We were not informed the best way to exit going north and had to unhook our tow vehicle in order to turn around

What a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Access road to the north is closed due to construction so do not get off I-15 at exit 22. Get off at exit 16. Nice RV park. Gravel sites, paved driveways, dated bathrooms, great views, and of course some highway noise.

We (3 adults) stayed in Kabin 9 for 4 nights and had a great time. The view from the front of the cabin was incredible. The kabin itself was a little on the smaller side but that is standard at all KOA's. The kitchenette was a nice touch with a very good sized mini fridge and the bathroom was very large for a kabin. There was a chair on the porch which was broken in the middle, a fire pit (located behind the kabin, I assume to prevent the desert winds from blowing it out) and a bbq grill (you must use a lighter to light this but the kampground provides this). You are located directly across from a small state park area that offers some day hikes for a $5 fee (we didn't use this) and right down the road from Quail Creek. It was a 2 hour drive to Bryce and a 45 minute drive to Zion (both very doable). Though we didn't use it, the pool area was nice and they had a clubhouse with games that could be used. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The negatives: You are right off the express way so there is some traffic noise. The picnic table we had was made out of wood which is fine but it hadn't been sanded in a while so we got quite a few splinters. The septic system was able to be smelled while sitting outside from time to time and that wasn't a great way to spend the night but it would ho away about 20 minutes after the smell started.
