We have a long rig and no space long enough for it, so we had to drop our tow, but they did have a place to park it. Just not real convenient for overnight stay.

Quick in and out... nice overnight stay. Hope to stay longer next time and see some of the many nearby attractions!

Park is beautiful with many things to do however, was not very user friendly for big rigs at least the spot we had.

Nice staff, grounds and pool. This is the first time we ran into an app to do laundry. You couldn't put a specific amount on the app, so I still have money, I can't get back. Minimum was $10, not a good system.

Quiet campground, we had an end spot next to a tree. Odd hookup setup so our door was facing our neighbors door. Some shower stalls didn’t have hooks to hang clothes. Nice pool. Clean.

Once we figured out where we were, freeway access was pretty convenient. Beware of the freeway noise. The mini golf course shouldn’t be advertised as an amenity. The staff was friendly. Wish there was a better dog park with grass and room to play. The pool was pretty clean but need umbrellas for shade in the hot sun. Bathrooms were clean but need hooks in shower stalls and working towel dispense

Very nice RV park. Nearby road construction makes finding it with GPS a problem if you try to approach from the north.

Sites are way to small and close to each other

The upper bathrooms and laundry had unswept, dirty floors and the clubhouse was dirty and gross. The sites were nice and neat.

Getting to the KOA is troublesome. The roads are terrible. Sites are uneven and length is less than advertised.

Awful experience. No hot water in the showers, the place is several miles from anything, in poor condition, no office staff on site at 4 pm. Wouldn't go back. Several other camping choices nearby.

Clean, quiet, plenty of space at site. The campground is near I15 which was convenient and I was barely able to hear the traffic at night. Large laundry room and two dog areas were great.

I liked our site and people were super friendly. Only issue is WiFi and Cell service, which I don’t think they can help given the location—but if that’s important to you it could be an issue

Spaces are much too small. Our slide out nearly touched the rv next to us and no way was their room to open our awning. Two bags of dog poop on our table when we pulled in and a very real sewer smell.

The bathrooms could use an upgrade. There are a lot of shade trees on site. Like most campgrounds you need ear plugs due to highway noise.

We were there for 3 days and the park was situated well for us to visit Bryce Canyon and Zion. The park was well maintained and met all our needs.

Very unhappy with the tiny hot Full sun site we were given. Nothing attractive or welcoming about it. Bathrooms and showers need more attention. We booked 6 nights a month in advance and left 2 nights early. We were given a 1 night refund but we deserve a full refund.

internet is a disaster. Laundry is not touristic camper friendly with the washing card/app

The site we ended up in had electrical issues (chipped 30 amp plug with arcing). I had a 50 to 30 adapter so I stayed. No cable for TV. Apparently the underground cable has issues. Grass in the dog park would be much better than crushed rock. Overall, the price is higher than most so I'll shop around.

Paved streets and clean sites. The caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful. The sites were uneven and difficult to level our unit. Due to the remote location there was only one bar of cell coverage and the campground wifi was poor.

Nice location and all the staff was great!

It was wonderful!

This KOA campground is in a great location (avoid the congestion of St. George) and be able to cross the street into the conservation area for a walk or bike ride. However, since my last stay, the facility has declined. The grounds were clean, but the restrooms (and especially the showers - ick!) were filthy. It seems with so many people living/staying there, the restrooms need more attention.

Nice place, we stayed 3 nights to visit Zion Nationalpark. Old but good facilities, nice pool and friendly staff.

Overnight stay. Sight was sloped, so was hillside. All good.

To small of spaces picnic tables were so warped that you couldn’t use them

Great location (between St George & Zions Park)!

Up a hill to our site. Easy to level if you stay to the back of the site and park in front. We stayed here to go to the Nat’l Park. Mostly gravel sites, paved roads but some grass to walk the dog near the pool. Beautiful view.

Nice clean park. Friendly staff. Access to park was not good. Road closure and road conditions to park were bad. Will stay again after road work is done.

Positives; Very nice staff, great location for a short stay or longer (we stayed two weeks this trip), nice pool, pickle ball court, good shade trees. Negatives; lots of deferred maintenance in the park, few staff working the grounds (it seems), bathrooms were out of toilet paper on a couple of occasions. Showers are not cleaned properly, clumps of hair and other debris in the showers.

Welcoming and friendly staff, offering a 15% military discount. Situated ideally as each sunrise beautifully illuminates a red rock ridge to the West. Narrow, but neighbourly, sites that ate just a few steps away from a refreshing pool for those hot days. Highly recommended!

Employees were great. Pool shower was out of order. Bathroom’s and pool area showing some age.
Apr 24, 2024
The staff was great. What you read about the bathrooms is true. Not the nastiest, but clearly they do not “clean” them daily. There shower stalls don’t have locks and the doors have gaps. Not private. I probably won’t stay there again. We were there for 5 days

Great spot to access the UT parks. Well managed.

Access road to the north is closed due to construction so do not get off I-15 at exit 22. Get off at exit 16. Nice RV park. Gravel sites, paved driveways, dated bathrooms, great views, and of course some highway noise.

We (3 adults) stayed in Kabin 9 for 4 nights and had a great time. The view from the front of the cabin was incredible. The kabin itself was a little on the smaller side but that is standard at all KOA's. The kitchenette was a nice touch with a very good sized mini fridge and the bathroom was very large for a kabin. There was a chair on the porch which was broken in the middle, a fire pit (located behind the kabin, I assume to prevent the desert winds from blowing it out) and a bbq grill (you must use a lighter to light this but the kampground provides this). You are located directly across from a small state park area that offers some day hikes for a $5 fee (we didn't use this) and right down the road from Quail Creek. It was a 2 hour drive to Bryce and a 45 minute drive to Zion (both very doable). Though we didn't use it, the pool area was nice and they had a clubhouse with games that could be used. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The negatives: You are right off the express way so there is some traffic noise. The picnic table we had was made out of wood which is fine but it hadn't been sanded in a while so we got quite a few splinters. The septic system was able to be smelled while sitting outside from time to time and that wasn't a great way to spend the night but it would ho away about 20 minutes after the smell started.
