Campground Reviews

Reservations were easy, employees were wonderful and very helpful, campsite was good, bathrooms clean with nice hot water for showers. Great location.

The bathrooms need a serious refresh or at least a deep cleaning. The highway noise was so loud overnight that we had to connect to a white noise service. And did not care for the alternating campsites where adjoining sites were door to door. Awkward.

Our site was not level. We were not informed the best way to exit going north and had to unhook our tow vehicle in order to turn around

What a fantastic stay! Thank you!

The girl at the desk was most accommodating . She stayed at the desk past closing time to make sure we had everything we needed. The man that guided us to our spot was very helpful.

Friendly staff. Power, water, sewer worked fine. Location is nice. Showers had almost burn you hot blasts and cold too. No latching doors on showers made for a couple embarrassing moments. Also made it not feel safe at the women’s shower. Playground was not set up well for littles, 5 and under.

Friendly staff, clean campground. Access road into campground is narrow and needs repair (county road).

Great location close to Snow Canyon State Park and Zion National Park and Red Cliffs. nice stay but poor WiFi.

I enjoyed my stay. The campsite and bathrooms and showers were very clean and functioned well. Staff was helpful and courteous. Only downside was some of the sites are very small and narrow making it difficult to back in. Another issue is the road was closed and took us almost a half hour to detour around it. it probably should be emailed to upcoming campers

Great location for hiking. The KOA is a bit outdated: picnic tables and hand railings are rotting and splintered, bed in cabin 5 really soft and sags in the middle, couldn’t play putt-putt golf because court was deteriorated. But they do have a pickleball court!

No hot water made for a dirty stay

Some of the activities needed to be improved. The Mini golf wasn't usable, the playground was small and my granddaughter hit her head hard on the bar at the top of a small climbing wall.

Wonderful staff...friendly and helpful. Our cabin was clean and well supplied. Thank you!!

Nice stay but WHY do you have to pack people in some rows like sardines while other rows are very lightly used? Doesn't make sense to me.....

Road closure made location difficult to access with no mention on web or phone message campground not well kept and our site was very small with plenty of other sites available.

The staff was amazing- the showers needed to be deep cleaned. But overall nice and quiet for us

Unique
Don’t think there’s a level site anywhere in this campground. Made for a lot of extra work to get even close to level with blocks, chocks, and kneeling the 5th wheel. Be prepared for that. Decent facilities otherwise.

Our site was okay with beautiful views of mountains. The facility was very old. The washroom was really filthy, smelly. We arrived in Sunday, we self checked in. We booked an extra night to get rest as we had a stressful driving day with a blowout tire on our Motorhome.

The men's and women's washrooms/showers were disgusting. The slime on the shower floors was there for a long time.the gaps in the shower doors was very large and revealing.i asked at the front desk why they were not cleaned and was told that the cleaning lady could not stop men from coming in while cleaning. But what about the women's. We have been to 4 kao sites this past week and we're great.

Dirty and very uneven sites Laundry was very expensive

Had what we needed, friendly staff, easy in and out

Very Clean cabins. Super nice staff!! Great view of the Mountains. Watched the storm move in! Loved it!

very nice, just feel badly we got there late after closing and left the very next morning. But we will be back. Thanks for everything and for the late arrical package

Disappointed that there was not a picnic table at both sites that were reserved. We had one for both. I am surprised at the poor condition of said picnic table. The miniature golf is in horrible condition, holes all over the greens. While I recognize that this is camping the sink area was dirty with a broken sprayer. We were at this KOA almost 3 years ago and no improvements made since then.

Amazing views (but note the interstate noise is there). Staff very friendly and helpful. But.... the buildings all need cleaning (deep scrubbing) and repair. Bathrooms and showers are super dirty - these should be scrubbed out every day with the number of people coming and going. The sink to wash dishes near the pool also was in dire need of cleaning - and disposing of garbage laying there

We love the new back in sites! Had a good time while we were here. Please go back to coin operated laundry.

I recently stayed at the St George/Hurricane KOA, and I had an excellent experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The site itself was immaculate, with well-maintained facilities and grounds that showcased their commitment to cleanliness. Additionally, the location was perfect for outdoor enthusiasts like me, offering quick

Great location

Checkin was quick. Interstate noise is substantial. Clean facilities however mens shower could use minor updating (latches on stalls, paint on floors). More hooks in showers to hang stuff on. Picnic tables at the tent sites are getting pretty worn out.

Enjoyable. Thank you.

Beautiful spot! Stunning scenery! Close to Zion Park which was the highlight of our stay! Facilities are clean and staff is friendly!
Mar 24, 2024
Spots are horribly un level the restrooms and shower not cleaned mold spider webs broken toilets staff kept putting to large of camper in small spots to the point of they where running in to another camper
Mar 23, 2024
The campground itself was ok, we had a tent site that was adequate and thankfully nobody stayed next to us because those tent sites were practically on top of each other. The bathrooms need a lot of work. I felt gross walking in the shower without sandals-they looked moldy and pretty torn up. And the “playground” was pretty bad-it’s usually something my kids look forward to but this one was

Such a peaceful atmosphere, good laundry facilities, and my kids loved the playground.

We don’t have young children camping with us but if I did I would have been saddened by the mini golf course as it desperately needs repairs. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

Difficulty accessing property for area road construction in 3/2024. Road to camp was closed. Took over an hour after redirection. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, happily changing site at our request. Units are close together, not as level. Otherwise, the Kampground was very clean with gorgeous mountains views. Happy campers abound.

Our family had fun! The campground was tidy and easy to navigate with an Rv. My kids liked the trail by the water and finding lizards in the rocks. We played mini golf, but the clubhouse and outdoor games need repair and updating, and the bathroom/showers need to be ventilated.
Mar 23, 2024
The showers and bathrooms needed to be cleaned. One of the showers in the mens shower had a red greasy residue on the shower floor. The garbage in the restrooms was picked up. Overall they could use a good scrubbing.
Mar 22, 2024
Loved the Campground. Beautiful and near lots of parks to explore.
Mar 22, 2024
The campground was nice but the bathrooms were gross. They had nice tile and sinks but no one cleaned anything in them. The showers had mud and huge hair matts from when we arrived that was still there five days later. The staff at the office were nice, but apparently were not the cleaners of the bathrooms. All of our fellow campers were commenting on how bad the bathrooms were also.
Mar 22, 2024
Our RV site was nice and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, however the bathrooms were disgustingly and disappointingly dirty. There were plenty of toilet stalls and showers, but they were in desperate need of deep cleaning. Signage indicated a daily cleaning but none was observed other than trash removal and toilet paper restock. We expected better from a KOA.

Very nice in general. Restroom shower needy attention. Quiet hours were not so quiet.

Access road to the north is closed due to construction so do not get off I-15 at exit 22. Get off at exit 16. Nice RV park. Gravel sites, paved driveways, dated bathrooms, great views, and of course some highway noise.

We (3 adults) stayed in Kabin 9 for 4 nights and had a great time. The view from the front of the cabin was incredible. The kabin itself was a little on the smaller side but that is standard at all KOA's. The kitchenette was a nice touch with a very good sized mini fridge and the bathroom was very large for a kabin. There was a chair on the porch which was broken in the middle, a fire pit (located behind the kabin, I assume to prevent the desert winds from blowing it out) and a bbq grill (you must use a lighter to light this but the kampground provides this). You are located directly across from a small state park area that offers some day hikes for a $5 fee (we didn't use this) and right down the road from Quail Creek. It was a 2 hour drive to Bryce and a 45 minute drive to Zion (both very doable). Though we didn't use it, the pool area was nice and they had a clubhouse with games that could be used. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The negatives: You are right off the express way so there is some traffic noise. The picnic table we had was made out of wood which is fine but it hadn't been sanded in a while so we got quite a few splinters. The septic system was able to be smelled while sitting outside from time to time and that wasn't a great way to spend the night but it would ho away about 20 minutes after the smell started.
