This is by far the cleanest, most efficiently run, friendliest campground we have ever stayed at. The staff could not possibly need more accommodating. On a scale from 1-5, we'd give them a 10! Can't wait to go back and enjoy everything there is in Sante Fe, especially our favorite campground! Kudos to the owners for raising such great (and very responsible!) young men�����

Wonderful friendly staff. Our puppy was sick and they recommend pet care and showed concern for her. It goes a long way. Beautiful, well maintained campground. Will stay there again for longer if we’re ever back that way!

I needed a stop over between boon docking. I chose the KOA in Santa Fe for the amenities and they did not fail me! I was able to do laundry, fill propane tanks, dump, go hiking and biking, and visit the wonderful town of Santa Fe. The staff at KOA Santa Fe was hospitable and informative. The bathrooms were spotless. The dog park was even great.

The people running this place go way beyond expectations. Helpful in every way. The facilities are best in the USA. Very pretty setting also enhanced by beautiful shrubbery and lighting.

Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and helpful, the facility was what I refer to as a "real" KOA, pleasant, convenient restrooms, very comfortable. Within minutes, I knew I would enjoy my short stay. Then, the next morning, there was an incident where a woman fell. Staff knew exactly what to do, absolutely no panic, and fortunately got help for her quickly. Part of that was ignoring me, w

I really like this KOA and have been staying from time to time for at least 10 years. I really love all the improvements done these last few years. Concrete pads for picnic tables, new picnic tables and all the site improvements to just name a few. The restrooms are still nicely tiled and maintained. The store is stocked & will try pizza next time. Thanks for all your hard work and friendly staff

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin and it was wonderful! Very cute, clean, and well-stocked! We love to cook rather than eat out, so it was perfect for us!

We were able to check in early and only cost an extra $15. A young man was able to check us in quickly, fill RV with propane, and take us to our site. The grounds were nicely landscaped, plenty of dog stops with poop bags and garbage cans. This KOA is situated in outside of Santa Fe with the highway being convenient to most activities!

We really loved this KOA. Very clean, staff was amazing, and so far out of all the KOA’s we stayed at this one seemed to consistently have a ton of kids running around which we loved. Having 3 kids of our own it was awesome to see kids of all ages running around, making friends, playing at the kids park and arcade room. Pizza was also amazing. We will definitely stay again.

We could not have been happier with this campground! We had difficulties with our rv which greatly complicated our stay. The management ( particularly Andrew and Josh) was so helpful and flexible. If your organization has an award for friendly, excellent service, they deserve it!

Unfortunately we showed up a bit late but everything was in order for a quick set up pf camp and an evening under the stars. The camp ground was very clean and neat and each spot had woods around them allowing significant privacy. Bathrooms were really clean. Would stay there again.

Boy, was we surprised, what a wonderful place to stay. We have not stayed at the Santa Fe KOA for a number of years, and we were very impressed with the changes and improvements made to the campground. We have stayed at some KOA Resorts that don't match the kind and friendly personal at teh Santa Fe location. Neat and clean with quite location that cannot be matched by most.

Andrew was so helpful to us when making our reservation. He also went out of his way to show us where we could take our dogs for a hike. The KOA was very clean and we stayed 4 nights instead of two.

We have stayed at many KOA in multiple states and this one is hands down the best. At gorgeous location in the countryside outside Santa Fe, wonderful amenities (we especially loved the outdoor dish washing area with hot water), and everything was sparkling clean. The family running the campground was super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this KOA!

This was by far the best KOA we have stayed at! The camp hosts were super friendly. The cabin was good sized and clean. The bathrooms weren't far and they were very clean and well maintained. The camp store had anything you needed and the coffee in the morning was excellent. This location is very close to the Pecos National Park which has great views and lots of history! Two great restaurants to try in the area are Cafe Fina and Harry's Roadhouse. You won't be disappointed!!!

Great spot and great location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They seemed very busy but the hosts still provided great service. We stayed in a cabin which was very clean and had just the right amount of space. There is a lot to do in the area as well. We were just passing through to camp in the Santa Fe national forest but stayed an extra night to see some nearby sights and rest up. I highly recommend you try Harry's Road house down the road about 10-15 minutes.

This is one of the best KOA's we've ever stayed in. The Paw Pen site is by far excellent. Our pups love it. We will be back!!!!
