Lovely campground with very attentive staff. Conveniently located to many of the local attractions in the Santa Fe area.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Had a mini fridge that was a great bonus. Showers were clean with removable hand held shower head which was great. Dog park area was clean. Staff was outstanding. They even went out to get bags of ice for customers when the delivery was unable to come.

The young man that works there is super kind and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure you are understanding and happy. That’s what camping is all about, he displays the concept that we are guests.

This is an excellent campground: quiet, clean, and with smoking fast WIFI. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to everything Santa Fe has to offer.

This campground is located in a great spot to enjoy what Santa Fe has to offer. It was our first time in the area. The park is just off Interstate 25, but noise was minimal. The upkeep was great, and workers quickly fixed a water issue that happened. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

Stayed here on a New Mexico National Parks/sites road trip and had a good time/trip. There's 3-4 sites within about an hour of here as well as Santa Fe. I'd probably stay here again if I was doing another road trip through the area.

Great place with great staff. Only complaint was our site was narrow and even though it had a fire ring, we didn’t feel it was safe to use. Fire would have been too close to our rig and the neighbors.

It's a little gem! It was extremely clean, quiet and just really nicely put together. The staff were super helpful and happy. They were always running around doing something.

We stayed 2 nights. Our site H5, gravel base but not very level. We water/electric only. The sites are very close, every space if ground is used with small sites between bigger sites. Unfortunately our view of from our space was the waste water treatment pond. The smell outside our last morning was not pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

This is one of our favorite KOA campgrounds! The location is beautiful, the sites are well kept and the family owners are so friendly and helpful! We will certainly be back!

We had scheduled a three night stay but once we got there we found we had a sick dog and had to leave. They were very accommodating and refunded our money. Thanks!

We only stayed 1 night, but had a great time playing air hockey and and vintage video games. Facilities were all clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely area. Would stay again!

We stayed at the Santa Fe KOA from May 3rd-6th. It was perfect. This family run campground is friendly, sparkling clean, has great laundry facilities, and a well stocked general store, also it is very close to downtown Santa Fe. We will be back.

Solo newbie camper who 1st stayed at "kabin" then moved to tent site. Felt VERY safe. This location was xtra clean and well maintained. Bathrooms close for cleaning 11am abt 2 hrs which u need to plan around was my only thing. The tent sites are nice and private compared to other KOA's. Super friendly staff too! Easy to get to downtown SF. Love LOVE this location and highly reco!

Overall the campground was fine. The guy who escorted us to the site was very friendly. What we didn't like was being charged $15 for an early arrival when we arrived at 11am. And the text that if we weren't out by 1130 the next day we would be charged another $15. Having medical issues and had to rest before leaving tried call got vm The woman behind the counter was not very personable

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for staying with us. However, you arrived two hours early. Your stay charges are based on check-in and check-out times. You had the option to wait to check-in, but you made the decision to pay the early fee. Staff has to clean sites and take their break during this period.

Great property with fantastic employees. Carol and Andrew were extremely friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything or had any questions about the area. The laundry and the showers were kept spotless. This was our first KOA stay but not the last. We highly recommend this KOA if you are looking for well kept property with amazing outdoor spaces and employees that go that extra mile.

We were charged $15 for departing over 15 minutes past the check-out time (which was 11am - we departed at 11:53am). We have stayed at dozens of RV parks and have never been charged a fee for leaving up to 1 hour past the check-out time. This is a very bad policy and left a bad taste in our mouths with respect to this park.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Check out time is at 11:00am. All parks have check out times. You were notified when you arrived, and it is posted on your paperwork. We allow a 30-minute grace period, but you chose to depart almost an hour after checkout time. Staff has to clean sites between check-out and check-in times.

I was having problems after a tire blowout on the freeway. The two gentlemen at KOA were extremely helpful in getting me back on the road. Thank you so much. The KOA is a good place to stay. It is a very nice campground.

GREAT KOA! Nice location, bathrooms and showers very clean, quiet, friendly hosts, and the whole property very well maintained. They put in some nice updates since we were there 2 years ago. My daughter loved the updated and expanded playground and our dog enjoyed the updated dog park. There is also a new putting green and community play area. I also felt very safe there which is important if you're walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Great experience!

This was by far the best KOA we have stayed at! The camp hosts were super friendly. The cabin was good sized and clean. The bathrooms weren't far and they were very clean and well maintained. The camp store had anything you needed and the coffee in the morning was excellent. This location is very close to the Pecos National Park which has great views and lots of history! Two great restaurants to try in the area are Cafe Fina and Harry's Roadhouse. You won't be disappointed!!!

Great spot and great location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They seemed very busy but the hosts still provided great service. We stayed in a cabin which was very clean and had just the right amount of space. There is a lot to do in the area as well. We were just passing through to camp in the Santa Fe national forest but stayed an extra night to see some nearby sights and rest up. I highly recommend you try Harry's Road house down the road about 10-15 minutes.
