This is one of our favorite KOA campgrounds! The location is beautiful, the sites are well kept and the family owners are so friendly and helpful! We will certainly be back!

We had scheduled a three night stay but once we got there we found we had a sick dog and had to leave. They were very accommodating and refunded our money. Thanks!

We only stayed 1 night, but had a great time playing air hockey and and vintage video games. Facilities were all clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely area. Would stay again!

We stayed at the Santa Fe KOA from May 3rd-6th. It was perfect. This family run campground is friendly, sparkling clean, has great laundry facilities, and a well stocked general store, also it is very close to downtown Santa Fe. We will be back.

Overall the campground was fine. The guy who escorted us to the site was very friendly. What we didn't like was being charged $15 for an early arrival when we arrived at 11am. And the text that if we weren't out by 1130 the next day we would be charged another $15. Having medical issues and had to rest before leaving tried call got vm The woman behind the counter was not very personable

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for staying with us. However, you arrived two hours early. Your stay charges are based on check-in and check-out times. You had the option to wait to check-in, but you made the decision to pay the early fee. Staff has to clean sites and take their break during this period.

Great property with fantastic employees. Carol and Andrew were extremely friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything or had any questions about the area. The laundry and the showers were kept spotless. This was our first KOA stay but not the last. We highly recommend this KOA if you are looking for well kept property with amazing outdoor spaces and employees that go that extra mile.

We were charged $15 for departing over 15 minutes past the check-out time (which was 11am - we departed at 11:53am). We have stayed at dozens of RV parks and have never been charged a fee for leaving up to 1 hour past the check-out time. This is a very bad policy and left a bad taste in our mouths with respect to this park.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Check out time is at 11:00am. All parks have check out times. You were notified when you arrived, and it is posted on your paperwork. We allow a 30-minute grace period, but you chose to depart almost an hour after checkout time. Staff has to clean sites between check-out and check-in times.

I was having problems after a tire blowout on the freeway. The two gentlemen at KOA were extremely helpful in getting me back on the road. Thank you so much. The KOA is a good place to stay. It is a very nice campground.

The staff are very friendly and helpful (they even provide a recommended restaurant list at check in!), the grounds and facilities are clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Old town Santa Fe is a solid 20 minute drive away, however, so we were happy that we rented a car to use and left our motorhome at the campground.

Very nice stay-great job on the remodel-did a fine job. The only thing needed is cable tv since there is no over the air tv. For though bad weather days.

Small but very nice campground. Of the 3 we stayed at during our road trip this was the best. This place was CLEAN. Very nice and clean bathrooms, maybe recently remodeled. The property grounds were immaculate. Every staff was so kind, friendly and helpful.

Great spot for exploring Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Bandelier National Monument and Valles Caldera. Sites are a little narrow but accommodated our 4 slide outs without issue. Neat and tidy with personable and helpful folks. We camped in a 45' motorhome and would stay here again.

This is a lovely campground just a short drive outside of Santa Fe. It is nicely landscaped, the facilities are all up to date and spotlessly clean, and the staff are very friendly. The dog park is great, with crushed stone, a potty patch complete with fire hydrant, benches for pet parents, and cleanup bags. There’s even a putting green for the golfers. Highly recommend!

The spot I parked in was very narrow and scratched my trailer badly. The person that led me to the parking said it was fine but I told him I thought it would scratch. I was right. I couldn’t even get in my trailer without hitting the trees.

Verizon service is poor in the area. However, we tell our guest to go to Wi-Fi calling. We actually have fantastic Wi-Fi and most guest can steam without issues. Please see some of our reviews. Thank you for staying with us.

This campground has so much to offer. We traveled with dogs and there were several BBQ areas that were fenced and dog friendly as well as a large dog park. There was plenty of room for walks. It would be a great place for a family as there are many activities targeted for kids. It's located within easy driving distance to Santa Fe our only problem was that our pull through was very narrow.

We had a great 3 night stay at this KOA. Very convenient location to Santa Fe, but out of the fray. The staff is outstanding! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and positive. We used the clean, well laid out showers, the spacious and clean laundry and had mail sent to the office. We opted for the larger deluxe site (F1) that was spacious and clean - including the gas grill! Worth the price!

This an excellent campground. The bathrooms were spotless and the showers were among the best I have used camping, including hot water. Campground was quie Extremely friendly staff. Their list of favorite restaurants in Santa Fe is fabulous. Ask for their personal recommendations, and you won't go wrong. A trip to Cafe Fina, a local breakfast and lunch place a few miles from the KOA is worthwhile

This was by far the best KOA we have stayed at! The camp hosts were super friendly. The cabin was good sized and clean. The bathrooms weren't far and they were very clean and well maintained. The camp store had anything you needed and the coffee in the morning was excellent. This location is very close to the Pecos National Park which has great views and lots of history! Two great restaurants to try in the area are Cafe Fina and Harry's Roadhouse. You won't be disappointed!!!

Great spot and great location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They seemed very busy but the hosts still provided great service. We stayed in a cabin which was very clean and had just the right amount of space. There is a lot to do in the area as well. We were just passing through to camp in the Santa Fe national forest but stayed an extra night to see some nearby sights and rest up. I highly recommend you try Harry's Road house down the road about 10-15 minutes.

This is one of the best KOA's we've ever stayed in. The Paw Pen site is by far excellent. Our pups love it. We will be back!!!!
