Your new picnic tables are a big question in the tenting areas as most of us have a Coleman or backpacker stove and was better when there was a metal surface. I used the stone wall when using my backpacker stove. I could have put my wood flat platform down but just didn’t want to mess with the new table and possible fee if something went wrong. New community room is nice..

Friendly staff. Clean restrooms and showers. Coffee and snacks in the morning. Ample tent space for my tent. Convenient community area for washing dishes. Free use of propane barbecue in my site was unexpected and a nice surprise. Had a great stay!

We have stayed at many KOAs in the past year. This was our favorite. Easy check in, nice clean site ours had a great view. The best, cleanest dog park that our Yorkie loved running in. A professional looking dog washing station with a shower and blow dryer. A beautiful pool, multiple showers were very nice. An outdoor kitchen that had a barbecue, stove top, microwave. It was perfect for us.

Definitely will stay again. Fresh baked cookies and great coffee every morning! One morning they had baked cinnamon rolls too. Very clean and pristine! We tent camped and had a grass pad. - wonderful

We stayed only one night and hope to return soon. The high-quality amenities (community kitchen with hot water, microwave, burners, and clean/modern/spacious showers) are wonderful.

We appreciate the convenience of the bathrooms, and how many there were. And we liked the extra space that was in our particular campsite. It’s just beautiful and well maintained! The price was good too.

Clean and well kept facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice touches, like free coffee and snacks in the morning, and less expensive than other KOA's, at least for tenting. Most other KOA camprounds could learn from this site.

I tent camped in my converted van in this very clean and beautiful KOA for one night. This was my first time staying at a KOA and I loved it!

We’ve been traveling almost four years on the road and this was the one of the nicest resorts we’ve been to. The amenities were wonderful, especially the dog wash station. Our daughter loved the tether ball area, the bathrooms were so clean and well kept and over all the property was immaculate. The staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming and we’d love to stay again. Thank you!!

This was a great stay! The bathrooms, shower and laundry are recently renovated and very clean. The site for our 21 foot van was level and clean. The views of the mountains are great! Although the hwy is close we could hardly hear it. Staff friendly and helpful. Would go again!

Best KOA I stayed around the nation. Owner, Chris and staff worked super hard and friendly. A very clean campsite. Great breakfast room for bfast snack and to grab coffee. Awesome view of the mountains add beauty to this camp site. Highly recommended.

This is a 5 star KOA. It’s immaculate, staff is very helpful, has a nice fenced dog area, plenty of common areas to walk, sit and enjoy the view. I would definitely stay here again.

The entryway to this KOA is on a hill, but it was manageable by my partner and the travel trailer. Jordan, the KOA representative who checked us in, was very helpful because we had parked in the wrong place, and I mentioned that my partner sucked at backing up, so she gave us an alternate way to get to our site, which was extremely helpful. The entire campground was very clean. The shower rooms and bathrooms were practically new, and the store had local gifts and a complimentary morning coffee and snack time. We only stayed overnight, and we were too tired to cook, so we utilized DoorDash, and the dasher had no problem finding our site (that's how easy the site numbering system is.) We ordered from a local restaurant to try Las Cruces' cuisine. The hill on which the KOA is built allows guests to have a nice view of the city (at night it was pretty), and there is a walking path from which to take pictures. Our Yorkie enjoyed the Paw Pad, too! We'll be back!

Update: back again and there were many upgrades, including new asphalt and playground equipment. Previous: Will become a regular stop on our Phoenix - San Antonio runs. Near the freeway, great views and good prices.

I love this KOA. Concrete pads make leveling our camper van very easy. The campground is up on a hill and the views of Las Cruces after dark are spectacular. The tent sites are some of the best I've ever seen - even has a shared outdoor kitchen with 2 sinks, a cook top, and a BBQ. Dog friendly. The bathrooms and laundry have been recently updated and they are fantastic. The showers are large private rooms with bench, toilet, and sink. The laundry is now twice the size it was. Wash is $3.00 and dry is #2.00, large folding table, places to sit, and a TV. We go out of our way to stay here when we travel cross country.
